We stayed for 17 nights. And it was absolutely perfect. Very nice home and very good service. The house was in good condition, well maintained. It was even better than the pictures! Comfortable, clean, everything you need in a house was available. It felt like home. Perfect service from Nam, who also is very nice. We will return for many years to come. And we can really recommend to rent this lovely home.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette superbe maison. Les propriétaires l'ont décorée avec soin et rien ne manque pour passer de magnifiques vacances. Cuisine avec tous les appareils ménagers nécessaires, machine a glaçons, vastes pièces, système hi fi et vidéo dernier cri,système d'alarme, cuisine extérieure avec BBQ et réfrigérateur, douche extérieure, WC exterieur, de nombreux bains de soleil, jacuzzi... Par dessus tout, la vue est magnifique avec un accès direct en bateau ou jet ski, vue sur Miami Beach et downtown depuis la piscine à débordement! Miami Beach est à 15 minutes en voiture. Toutes les photos sur le site sont bien "réelles", tout c'est bien passé avec Nam, le manager, la maison était propre et la piscine et le jardin sont entretenus 2 fois/semaine. Je recommande fortement cette propriété.

Nice waterfront house with a gorgeous view

This house is beautiful with a gorgeous view !
When we arrived, everything was clean and everything was provided (sheets, towels, ...). The house is pretty big inside and well organised but the best part is outside by the pool.
We really enjoyed having BBQ and having fun in the pool while listening to musics thanks to the outdoor speakers. We never got tired of watching the downtown and south beach from the pool or from the upper terrace.
Nam was really nice.

Simply Fabulous!

OMG what a view! The home is amazing (a solid 9.5 out of 10) and the property manager (Nam) was extremely cordial and knowledgeable. I would not recommend this home to guests with very young or unruly children - as the pool and seawall are unfenced and the home has plenty of high-end/costly fixtures and automation. Other than that, it's simply fabulous!

We found Paradise in Miami!

My family and I decided to rent this home for our vacation to Miami this year and it was the best decision that we made. The management team treated us professionally from beginning to end and the house far exceeded our expectations. The property has its own private gates and the perimeter is fenced with high hedges for added privacy. The furniture and kitchen accessories were new and in very good condition. This house has been very well maintained for our high standards. Our family enjoyed the pool and patio area as it has an awesome waterview of Miami, an upstairs sundeck, outdoor BBQ kitchen area, fishing dock, and high quality outdoor furniture. We were actually lucky enough to be able to see the dolphins swim by on several occassions while out back. The location is convenient for all travels in Miami and is nearby many nice shopping districts. We look forward to returning next year and would recommend this property for those looking for a vacation home in paradise.
