The ad is on point and there is still much more to this condo. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, you can see all of Miami. You can rent a car or take the city bus, downtown is 5 minutes away. The place is clean, kitchen is spacious and has everything you may need. Val is a cool dude and was very helpful, i would and have suggested this place to everybody.

The unit is much more like a loft/penthouse than a condo. It was very nice and exceptionally clean. The pictures accurately depicts the unit, it looks just the way you see it here. The building itself is very secure. It requires a key (that Val will give you) to do anything, including using the sauna, jacuzzi, the elevators and entering the covered garage. That made me feel very safe knowing no outside strangers can lurk around the building. The kitchen has everything you could ask for. The bathroom is nice and spacious. The tub was HUGE! Could easily fit two people in it for those who may be looking for a romantic getaway. The bedroom comes with a comfortable queen sized bed and a flat screen TV equipped with cable. The balcony view was beautiful. It over looks the river and you also can see the bay. Everything we possibly needed was provided. Beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, even tennis balls and raquets in case we wanted to play tennis at the building. Val was very accomodating. He gave recommendations for local attractions. He is easily accessible via phone or text. He is very friendly and nice to be around. It was my first time renting a vacation condo and he made it very pleasant. After my departure, my deposit was returned promptly. If you aren't from the Miami area, be sure to have some form of GPS. Miami has a lot of one way streets with identical names (i.e. SW 2nd street and NW 2nd street) so it's best to know to the best route to get to this building. I did not have one problem. For my fiance and I, our very first time in Miami was amazing (thanks to this penthouse and its owner). The penthouse was very convenient to many great attractions throughout Miami. Easy access to I-95 to south beach, a few blocks from brickell and located in the heart of downtown Miami. The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. The penthouse is very safe and secure with gated entry to the facility. Every amenity available at luxury hotels was available here as well. The view from the balcony is to die for! Sunrise and Sunsets are amazing. A great value for any couple looking for a great experience in Miami. I would much rather stay here anytime over a 5 star hotel. Thank you Val!

The condo was as advertised. The view was as advertised. Both the owner and condo management were professional and accommodating. The condo is perfectly located for quick jaunts to South Beach, downtown and Little Havana. Everything is convenient. There are two Publix grocery stores within two miles if one cares to cook or just stock the refrigerator. The unit and property were clean. The covered garage is an extra perk that was well appreciated. I would definitely recommend this property to friends, relatives and any stranger who reads this review.

This condo was really fantastic, even better than the description and the photos of the owner. It is one of the penthouses overlooking everything. The views were breathtaking, and everything was clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find it furnished with everyday conveniences and a large fully equipped kitchen with everything you could wish for in your own home, even salt and pepper. The owner, Val, is very friendly, absolutely professional and helpful.
We will be sure to recommend this property especially to couples wanting a special trip to Miami. It is close to everything: Downtown/Flagler St and "Bayside Miami" is within walking distance. SoBe and Key Biscayne Beaches is only a 10 minute car ride. We would definately rent this condo again on our next stay in Miami!

Me and my husband rented this penthouse for the christmas holidays. We loved the place. All the amenities you need are there, it's clean, the pool is very beautiful and you are close from the highways if you want to go to the beach. The view is spectacular when you look outside from the windows and the balcony. The security of the hotel is perfect and you have a private parking place to park your car. I recommand the place for a single personn or a couple.

Sehr zu empfehlen ! Val ist ein sehr zuverlässiger Vermieter. Die Wohnung entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und den Bildern (auch die Aussicht!!).
Die Wohnung liegt im 18. obersten Stockwerk eines Apartmenthauses nahe der Innenstadt. Die Einrichtung hat einen sehr "technischen" Look (Betonboden, offenliegende Leitungen an der Decke etc). Einrichtungen wie Pool oä. haben wir nicht genutzt. In der Nähe liegt ein "Publix" Markt zum Einkaufen. Ansonsten würde ich trotz zentrumsnähe einen Mietwagen empfehlen. Parkplatz ist im Gebäude. Das einzig störende war ab und zu Hundegebell aus Nachbarwohnungen.
