Located on Hollywood Beach, this 2 story, 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home offers a beach getaway with all the amenities. A roof top deck with ocean views offers a place to dine or relax in the sun. Just steps from the sand, this is a wonderful home away from home experience at the beach. Home includes a fully equipped kitchen, full size washer & dryer, 3 car garage, BBQ, 3 - 46' LCD flat screen televisions, full X-box entertainment system with 50 games and 5 controllers, DVD library collection with Blue-Ray players, ipod docking station, massage chair, books, games, cable, internet with WIFI, 3 gas fireplaces, towels and linens included. Beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, skim boards, cooler and EZ-up are waiting for you to enjoy at the beach and house has an outdoor shower for after the beach.
This beach town is located just south of Channel Islands Harbor between Santa Barbara and Malibu/Los Angeles in Ventura County.

Easter at the beach house
Beautiful Oxnard Beach House
The only thing that was negative was the 2 beds downstairs. The pullout couch was uncomfortable. The back bedroom's bed was very sqeaky and uncomfortable. Other than that, a great stay at the beach!
Oxnard beach house
Clean and quiet. A short drive to the store and theater but a short walk to pizza and beer! Lovely area to go for a long walk. Closest beach is a little tough for swimming but a gentler swim area is close by. I would stay here again as the house is great.

Beautiful Home!
The home is located in a wonderful area of gorgeous homes. The beach is just a short walk across the street and can be seen from the rooftop deck. The home is very large and decorated with comfort and style in mind. The three car garage with openers is a definite plus there is plenty of parking. The entertainment room with kitchenette was a huge hit. Lots of games and movies are provided. The kitchen is large with all the amenities you would expect and is well stocked with quality cookware as well as plenty of dishes, glassware, eating utensils, and includes serving dishes and wine glasses. Comfy mattress, pillows, and linens in the bedrooms. The bathrooms are clean with lots of towels. The owner provided scented soaps and shampoos in every bathroom. Again, plenty of toilet paper and cleaning supplies.
Lauri is excellent to work with. She answered all of our questions before we booked the home. We also had a few questions when we arrived to the home and called her on Christmas Eve, she promptly called us back.
There are plenty of grocery stores as well as other shopping and restaurants nearby. The beach is clean and beautiful.
We can't wait to visit again.
