This quaint property is conveniently located on a beautiful canal which provides easy access to the beach and a short 20 minute boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico (kayaks are provided with the house). There is a screened in pool and patio. A dock and dockhouse on the canal provides the perfect location to relax and watch the gorgeous Florida sunsets while dining. Restaurants and nightlife are aplenty in the neighborhood. Downtown Naples is a short drive to the south and the Miramar outlets are also a short drive north.
There are 2 separate units on the property. In the main house there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (joined by a shower/bath room), combined living and dining room, kitchen and sun room. In the adjoining apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a living/kitchen area. This is a perfect set-up for 2 families - or one large family.

A little piece in paradise
The beach can be reached by bike. For dog lovers: the dog beach is great and only 15 minutes by car!
The owner is very friendly and was easy to reach and responded immediately to our questions.
There is not enough space to mention all the details that made this family reunion unique for us. We highly recommend this little piece of paradise.
P.s.: Watching the dolphins from the dock was special!
What a wonderful place
The house is equipped with everything one might need inside and outdoors (bikes, canoos, fishing poles...), not to forget the lovely decoration. The nicest beaches can be reached within a few minutes by car and the nearby Sate Parks offer really nice nature trails where we saw a lot of wildlife like birds and even manatees, dolphins and alligators.
The homeowners are very friendly and responded to our questions right away.
If it wasn't such a long flight, we would definitely love to spend a couple of weeks in the house every year...
