Pour ma première visite de Miami, je pouvais difficilement mieux tomber. Idéalement situé à la limite nord de South Beach, vous n'êtes qu'à 20 minutes à pied d'Océan Drive. On bénéficie à la fois de l'animation de South Beach, sans avoir besoin de s'embêter avec une voiture et du calme de ce beau et sûr quartier résidentiel. De plus la plage n'est qu'à 5 minutes à pied.
Le studio en lui même est extrêmement propre et bien entretenu. Il dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour (il y a même du gel douche), et on a accès à la piscine pour se détendre.
Enfin Matt est un excellent hôte, très disponible.
Bref, j'y ai passé un excellent séjour et n'ai qu'une envie, celle de pouvoir y revenir.

Matt's detached Guesthouse was exactly what my girlfriend and I were looking for in our trip to South Beach / Miami.
* Easy access to the heart of South Beach --- 5 minute walk to a 25 cent bus that will take you right to the heart of south beach in 15 minutes or less.
* Easy access to the beach -- 10 minute walk and you are on the sunny sands of Miami!
* Clean
* Pool Access
* Amenities -- 2 burner range, bathroom, queen bed, tv, everything we needed to relax
Overall, it was a fabulous stay. Thanks Matt, we will be back again!

Matt's studio was exactly what I was hoping for and more. It has all the comforts of home. Well located, just a short drive from Miami International Airport, and a couple of miles from bustling Miami Beach yet tucked away in a quiet, relaxing and beautiful neighorhood. Matt himself was a very friendly and helpful host. I would definitely come again and would highly recommend this charming studio rental.

This detached studio is just perfect! It has everything you need and is really clean and modern. It is also very well located : 5 min walk to the beach, less than 20 min walk to 15th St, many buses a few min away, but much more quiet and relaxing than in the very central Sobe! Matt and Lina are great hosts and really managed to help anytime I had some questions about Miami. They are very friendly and I would definitely love to come back again. Thank you Matt and Lina!

We used Matt`s Detached Guesthouse for our third trip to Miami and it was absolutely awsome! The place was perfectly clean and there was even enough space for all our shopping bags! The neighborhood is absolutely save and quiet so there`s no noise or any strange people arround. Matt himself was very friendly even offered us to speak german wich is our native language. Since it was our third time in South Beach we didn`t need much information about the area but for people who are new to SB Matt has everything ready to get you started. Trust us, you`ll never consider a hotel again once you have been to Matt`s place :-) Thank you for the great time Matt, we hope to visit you and South Beach again soon!
