This condo is the perfect combination. The large lanai accommodated the four of us easily with great views of the ocean. We spent mornings on the lanai, drinking fresh coffee while watching dolphins swim by. The master bedroom’s entry to the lanai allowed us to fall asleep while listening to the ocean waves. The beach was clean and even on the busiest days there was plenty of space. The pool was a great finish to the days in the sun. The residents were friendly and welcoming. John’s Pass was in walking distance for great food and fun. There are plenty of great places to eat within a couple of miles and we especially enjoyed The Pub, Lisa’s and Dockside Dave’s.

had a great time, restaurants very close, John's Pass was within walking distance. No phone service.Needs a little maintenance, such as Shower curtain hooks rusty, sheets in one bedroom very thin. someone repaired a dining chair and the screw would poke when sat on.View great. all in all very happy with the condo

Owner's Response: Thanks for the feedback. We've updated all the bathroom shower curtains with new hookless types and replaced the comforters and linens with new to keep our Guests as comfortable as possible. We've made sure all the furniture is in top shape and ready to go!

Fantastic location with amazing views of beach, sunsets and dolphins. Swimming pool good size with a barbq available, but sun loungers plastic and uncomfortable. Large balcony has lovely furniture -wish i could have spent my week on the balcony as Condo 302 needs complete refurbishment - rusty rings holding up shower curtain, beds that creak at the slightest movement, TV in bedroom doesnt work, kitchen and bathroom units tatty. No plug in sink, towels provided for beach were wafer thin and old. Practically no cleaning products provided (only one bin liner) I really don't want to buy these when I am only staying a week! Good size condo. Lovely cafe opposite with great food. I would not recommend this condo but Condo 502 has been completely refurbished and a fantastic place to stay.

The unit was exactly as described with a beautiful gulf view! It was clean and very convenient to restaurants (love Lisa's Cafe) by foot! I would definitely recommend it.

The condo was great except for a couple of small issues which were attended to very promptly by your contact person and maintenance people. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider renting from you again. The Listing description and photos were very accuate. We really enjoyed the balcony and view. It was great to be on the beach and still have access to golf and other attractions. We would recommend you to others. Thank you

this is an amazing property. The pictures are a true indication of what to expect at this property. John's Pass is just a short walk away to spend a day browsing the unique shops and enjoy the restaurants. If you don't want far to walk just go across the street to Lisa's Cafe for a wonderful meal. Sit on your large balcony and enjoy watching the dolphins frolick out front. My husband and I will not hesitate to return.

Wonderful Vacation

We just spent our vacation on Madeira Beach, what a wonderful place to stay no matter your age. Watching the dolphins everyday is one reason we love this area, also being able to walk to John's Pass and not using our car much was also a plus. The beach is beautiful. This condo was a great place to relax and didn't have to worry about bringing too much extra for this condo was stocked perfectly, not too many have so much that we have rented in the past. The view was awesome and we ate on the balcony almost every day starting with our morning coffee and tea, watching the dolphins and the sunsets. It was easy to rent and Liz was great in helping us out through the whole process. We will be back for sure.
