Good Location, but poor management
This condo was in an excellent location and very well equipped. The open concept was aesthetically pleasing, but does not offer any privacy for 2 couples, and one of the beds is a small sofa bed, so this apartment if really only for 2 people. Our son had to sleep on the living room couch. Customer service from the property manager could be improved. Due to no fault of theirs, we woke up on our second morning to frozen water lines. We phoned the manager to report that we had no water at 7am and were told that someone would be there in 2 hours. By 11am nobody had come or phoned and we called back. The owner finally arrived and kindly arranged for us to move to another suite which was not available until 4pm. Basically, we wasted an entire day of our 5 day holiday in having to deal with this issue and had to use public toilets all day and had to eat our meals out at our own expense. The property managment company never checked back with us to see how it went, nor did they followup with any form of apology.
