The main Marble floor level has an open floor plan with full kitchen, dining area, living area with 1 Queen and 1 King size sofa/Bed 42' LCD HD TV with a Home theater System, WiIFi Internet one full bathroom and a huge Brickell's and Miami River view outdoor Terrace.

The second Marble floor level features the master bedroom suite with king bed an office desk area, Boutique style walking closet and one full bathroom; This Modern Contemporary contrasting Condo is appointed with luxurious Custom upscale furnishing.

Building amenities include: Gym, outdoor terrace pool and jacuzzi, steam room, racket ball court, pool table salon, outdoor terrace bar, indoor lounge area, 24-hour front desk and security; Complementary valet parking. Amazing Condo Loft in Downtown Miami

If you are looking for the right way to vacation in Miami then you need to stay at this property. My stay here was amazing and I'm already anxious and ready to come back. The property owner Rudy was more than helpful when providing me information and answering my questions along the way. He is timely, reliable, honest, and everything you would want in a property owner. He definitely gave me confidence and reassurance in my descision to stay here. The porperty itself was amazing. The listing description is accurate and true, but doesn't do justice to how amazing this place is in person. The property was clean and superb and puts you right where you need to be in Miami. You are conveinently located 1 mile from American Airlines Arena and about 10 minutes from South Beach. As well, you have close access to the major highways. Along with just staying at this property, the condo building also provides you with a beautiful pool deck and a solid work out room. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit and enjoy Miami the right way.

Magnificent

The pictures do not do this place justice. It actually looks better in person. It was clean. The kitchen was stocked with with the usual (plates, flatware, etc). There is a blow dryer and plenty of closet space. The view at night from the balcony will make you tear up on your first night well in advance because you know you're leaving soon. We felt safe here. The whole place is like a fortress. You're not getting in unless you're supposed to be there. The infinity edge pool was awesome. The hot tub was amazing. The artwork and the fountain in the lobby are all well done. We were welcomed and given a tour of the condo and the entire facility. The property Manager was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was close enough to South Beach but not too close. It's within walking distance to restaurants. As long as this condo is available, I will always stay here. Fan for life!

Super Sexy Condo

We were greeted in the elevator by the owner and given a whole tour of the condo plus the rest of the building. The loft is incredible. It's modern-chic with floor to ceiling windows and a gorgeous view. Not only is it spectacular but I have never stayed at a place so clean and perfect. This was better than any 5 star hotel I've been to in the past. It also smelled really really good. The king sized bed was super comfy and soft. I will definitely be staying here again. It was delightful.

It has been a surprise to discover the loft by night ... We felt like in a dream... Rudy is a wonderfull person, very helpfull , anytime.
Most of the conveniance in a safe neighborhood: restaurants, shops, bars, transportation...
Must be discovered !
Si vous devez aller à Miami, loin du SouthBeach surfait, et que vous préférez vous imprégner de la vrai ville, cette appartement (Loft, pardon), est idéalement situé. Conseillé avec voiture, ou non. Il est très luxueux, très moderne, fonctionnel, et surtout avec une vue à vous couper le souffle...

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and it was GREAT! Rudy was excellent! He even gave us a tour of the unit and building when we arrived. I would definitely stay here or at another one of Rudy's properties on my next trip. We can't wait to return to Miami! Thanks Again Rudy!

Beautiful loft condo with beautiful views. Great location on the river. Walking distance to great restaurants and grocery. Rudy answered all questions in a timely manner. Very good to work with.
