Spacious three-bedroom, one and a half bath duplex apartment in recently renovated high-end Upper West Side pre-war apartment building. Modern furniture, fully equipped custom-built kitchen, quiet.

The top level of the duplex has a living room/dining area, full kitchen, full bath, and bedroom with queen-size bed. There is a beautiful oak stair that leads downstairs to a large private bedroom area, with a queen-size bed and a single bed. A large third bedroom, with a queen-size bed and a single bed, is also downstairs. There is also a half-bath, and a laundry room with a washer/dryer.

Hardwood floors, recessed lighting, many windows.

Excellent apartment for a family or share. Lots of repeat guests!!

This apartment has a 30 day minimum stay.

About The Owner

I am the owner of the building in which this apartment is located, plus 3 other buildings on the same block. In addition to renovating residential properties, I collect and sell antiques. I have 3 college age children, and love to cook and travel. I speak French well enough to communicate with you, if you're French! I've lived in NYC since graduate school, and couldn't imagine living far away from Central Park, which never ceases to amaze me!

The Owner purchased this apartment in 2000

Rent from this owner, she is great! We stayed in an apartment in this same building with this owner and were really, really happy. We also saw another place in the building. The description and photos were accurate. I would recommend the apartment to anyone, including relatives. The place was clean and spacious and everything worked fine. The owner was totally honest and above board. The super was also wonderful and punctual in all his dealings with us. The blocks around the apartment are very pleasant and there are plenty of nice restaurants about 5 minutes away. You can get anywhere in NY easily. It is close to all the museums and there are good restaurants and shopping close by. Also, it is close to a lovely part of Central Park. I would happily stay in any place offered by this owner.

Convenient, Quiet, Comfortable

This accommodation was very comfortable, a nice quiet reprieve from the busy downtown and very convenient to all our NYC activities. It is only half a block from the beautiful Central Park making morning walks and jogging very pleasant. There was five of us, all adults, with plenty of room to relax. We slept well there with no city noise. Great location! We would definitely rent this apartment again.

Clean, Excellent Location

Good value - Very practical location is you want to be in a quiet - Upper West Side neighborhood. Super close to Central Park - walk across the street!! And very close to 103rd Ave Subway stop. 10-15 minute walk to Broadway and Columbia Univ. area.
Very clean, and airy feeling with hardwood floors. nicely equipped kitchen.
My wife and I stayed with two teenage kids. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The owner is very easy to work with. She is professional and responsive to all questions. We loved Henry's Restaurant at Broadway and 105th -- great place for the first night. Absolute Bagels on Broadway near 107th - New York's best bagels!!! We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for an Upper West Side - fairly priced - clean - relatively quiet apartment. Thank you Amy.
