We stayed in Ocean Villa from 4/10/13 to 4/17/13. 4 adults 2 kids (3 year old and 20 month old). Let me say it right away - this is number one vacation spot for my family from now on. Recommended to all our friends. We travel all the time Hawaii, Florida, Europe so we have places to compare to. 1) Sandra is the wonderful manager - every question answered, every promise kept. Prompt and professorial. Pleasure to deal with. 2) Place is in paradise location - 2 pools, Jacuzzi, kiddie pool and all ocean is inches away from villa. When that was a time for adult fun - short walk to the hotel and we had it all - bars, restaurants, casino, shop. Loved Mojitos by the pool. Great breakfast buffet. When it was time to relax- we had all pools to ourselves. 3) Villa itself is like a 5 star hotel, but with all home comfort. Full kitchen, apartment with not cheap at all furniture, marble bathrooms. All you can use: towels, bed linen, cleaning supplies and yes - kids beach toys! Clean, organized, I felt like I'm at home. 4) Pictures on this listing show about 60% of real beauty of that place. Tropical, safe, comfy paradise. Dear Sandra thank you for managing our vacation in such a pleasant way. Tranquil Ocean Villas will stay in our memories forever, well... till next time we go there!

A+ Experience The best place in USA

Amazing Family Vacation

Had an amazing family vacation!
Why PR in August?
The water is wonderful - perfect temp for swimming in the pool or ocean!
No crowds
Perfect weather
The Villa was perfect. Location was great, we have a 3 year old and the ability to walk easily to the pool or oean and be within feet our place was priceless. With little ones they have so much stuff so not having to carry it all over the place makes vacation very relaxing. The atmosphere at the Villas is so family friendly and safe. Also having access to the Wyndham was perfect - for the nights that you want to eat out its lovely to be able to walk to the hotel along a beautiful manicured paved path to the hotel (literally minutes). Also access to the water slide for my son was so much fun!
The Villa itself is in perfect 5 star condition. Recently my husband and I stayed at Atlantis Reef Condo and the condition and ammenities of this Villa was better. The recently updated kitchen in the Villa is a really nice bonus too - makes you feel at home with a normal full kitchen and not just a cooktop! So if you really want to cook a meal you can. The owner has done a great job supplying you with most anything you need - and its all in great condition. Living in Boston most of us rent homes on the cape for the summer and what you experience is everyone's "second hand" stuff they send to thier summer house when you rent -- that is is not at all the case here. Everything is nice and you really feel like you are on vacation!

Family trip to Puerto Rico

Our family of 5 just returned from staying at this beautiful property. The unit was well furnished with cooking supplies and beach towels. The pool area was beautiful and clean. My son enjoyed "chasing" the iguanas around the pool. The beach is only seconds from the pool and was full of sand dollars! Sandra left very clear directions to several nearby attractions. We were also given access to the pool at the Rio Mar resort which is about a 5 minute walk from the unit. This pool was more crowded but had a water slide which my 5 yr old loved. I would definitely recommend this property.

We stayed at this Villa for 8 days. What a great time... If you want to relax, and do nothing, or if you want to go out and about this is the Villa for you. We rented a car, this Villa has a GREAT parking space ..( I recommend to back up in the space LOL you will see what I mean )... Sandy ( the owner) is GREAT!!!!!!!! she will try to help you with anything you need. The place is CLEAN, and great space. The view from the balcony ( only used one balcony) is breathtaking. You will love having your coffee out there every morning. Sandy is there for you 24/7 JUST PLEASE keep it clean and beautiful as it is for us... we are definitely returning. If you want to go out to dinner the Hotel is next door.... the Italian restaurant is GREAT!!!!... if you want to stay in, cook and relax... you have all you need to do that and cook a nice dinner... if you want to (rent a car) go out to San Juan for an evening that is possible... If you like beauty and elegance , and A CLEAN place ( that was important to me) ... this is for you. THANK YOU Sandy!!!!!!!!. Alexandra

A great experience... will go back!!

I brought my family and in laws to Puerto Rico and stayed in this beautiful villa. The weather was perfect and Sandy (the owner) was extremely helpful and could not have taken better care of us. My husband and in laws played golf nearly every day, while the kids and I enjoyed the pool, beach and the many offerings at the Rio Mar hotel (they have a fun water slide and a Tiki Bar). Sandy told us about Richie's (a restaurant on the hill) and the rain forest. We also spent a day in Old San Juan. We loved the history and the views and had a ball flying kites at the Old Fort.
I also loved being able to keep food in the villa (we ate in two nights) and the ability to do laundry each day. They also supplied us with beach towels, internet and cable television (including movie channels - greatly appreciated!).
We will certainly will return and would recommend this to anyone looking for a great vacation.
