The only negative thing to mention was that the "adult pool" was closed all week! The kids pool was closed the last half of the week! Not a good thing!!!

Just returned frrom our trip to Gulf Shores, The condo was exactly as described, wonderful location, very clean and well maintained. The building and grounds were clean and well maintained, security was very visible. The Shrimp Festival was great. The weather was perfect the whole week, I believe this is the perfect time for a G.S. vacation. The Fritts were great to work with, Rod even called Sat. morning to make sure everything was O.K. and asked us to call if there was any problems. We feel as if we have found a new home in Gulf Shores.

This was a very clean, spacious, and well decorated condo. The complex is great also, it has a nice workout room, game room, pools, and a hot tub. We felt very relaxed and safe while staying here. The owner was wonderful to deal with, he is very attentive to making sure the whole process goes smoothly. This was also an excellent deal, I am so glad we used VRBO.

We had a delightful stay at Crystal Shores! The view was breath-taking. The condo came equipt with everything that we could have needed and more. We will definately stay here again.

This was our 3rd time staying at The Lighthouse and I can't say enough good things about it ! The complex is amazing. The pools, the hotubs,the gym,the sauna ..... ohh so much to do. Wal-mart is 5 minutes away and all the gift shops are also minutes away. The condo was great ! It was very nice and clean and well equiped. I was very happy when we walked in and it looked just like the pictures.The 7th floor is perfect. You have a great view of the pools and a beautiful view of the ocean.The owner was great to work with. He was very friendly and that means alot to me.Thanks Rod! I can't wait untill next summer !!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. We were surprised that the Hang Out festival was going on when we arrived. There were so many people there! We were dissappointed that we were there the week that the Blue Angels were not practicing. The condo was wonderful. We have stayed at other rental homes like this in the past and was very surprised that there wasn't more things available for us to use. In other places that we have stayed there have been beach chairs to use, a cooler or something to take your drinks down to the beach. There wasn't even a pen and paper to use. When you travel by plane it is very hard to pack all these things. The beach was beautiful, the condo was very clean and well kept and it was in a very user friendly location. We did fly into Florida and purchased all of out food and alcohol there which saved us a little money. We would visit this area again.

I felt like a kid in a candy store when I walked in to this condo, the blinds to the balcony were open, when we walked through the door we could see the Gulf, we were all excited! The beds were comfortable, condo was clean and fully stocked with every starter item that we needed. The colors in the condo were soothing and relaxaing! I could go on and on about it, it really was just amazing!
This condo is in a great location! It is within walking distance of several places to eat and grocery shop, but yet far enough away so that we were not up all night from the lights.
There are a lot of good places to eat, Joey's North Shore Grill, located on Hwy 59 across from Target, Lulu's on Hwy 59, The Hangout on Beach Blvd, Bahama Bob's on Beach Blvd just to name a few, if you stay all week try them all at least once! Also if you are looking for an adventure try the Parasailing (Ike's), short walk down the beach to get to them, that was tons of fun also!
The owners were so very kind and helpful with everything, any time I called with a question they got back with me very quickly with an answer, they are so easy to talk to!
I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a relaxing vacation! On our next visit to Gulf Shores we will definately stay here again!

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was clean and very comfortable, with everything that we could have needed during our stay (kitchen utensils, electronics, etc.). The view from the balcony was beautiful. We enjoyed waking up and watching the sea gulls flying over every morning. We also saw some sting rays while out playing in the water. A particular feature that we were really impressed with was the keyless entry system. It was so nice to not worry about keeping up with keys while we were down on the beach. The owners were great to work with and very helpful, even calling to wish us a happy trip. Be sure to visit their website! We would definitely stay again!
