Out the living room door in the back yard is a large covered rancho for BBQ and meal prep entertaining.

Each bedroom is private and appointed with ceiling fan and air conditioner. The bedrooms all have a queen size bed and the master has its own bathroom. Open your window for the ocean breeze and the sound of folding waves to sleep by.

The floor plan is an open one for group and family participation in all activities. The kitchen, counter bar, dining area and living room overlook the beach and ocean through large windows inviting the outside in.

Sunrise to Sunset: Start your day with fresh coconut milk from the palm trees and sunrise on the beach; and because the property is south facing, turn your chair around and grab a sun-downer in the evening for sunset from the same spot. There are plenty of activities to enjoy yourself in between or just relax with none at all.

The town of Esterillos Oeste is about a 10-minute walk up the beach or on the sandy road. There you will find a grocery store, about six restaurants and about five bars. Very friendly local people who depend on tourist visits and thus are genuinely accommodating and happy to see you.

Activities from the perfect base camp: When it comes to activities, there is something for everyone. Our perfect location provides a base camp to launch excursions short distances in any direction. Activities that are less than an hour away: Zip lines, nature hikes, monkey tours, boat or vehicular bird watching tours, waterfall tours, ATV tours, world class sport fishing - sail fish and tuna, surf fishing, casinos, Manuel Antonio National Park - Costa Rica's most visited park - spectacular, scuba diving, surfing - world class long and short board, many spots including out the front door - expert or beginner, running, walking, biking, horseback riding - mountains or beach or both, sand castle building, shell hunting, championship course golf, shopping - fine arts and clothes to gifts and fun beach wear, and don't forget the book on the beach and the naps in the hammock!
