Rented this amazing place for a week in May and had a blast. Great location nice neighbourhood and a great rooftop terrace.

We use VRBO frequently and this was definitely one of my favourites. The home is a few blocks away from Montana Ave (boutique shopping, yoga studios, fitness facilities, specialty wine and beer stores). It is a quick drive or walk to the beach. A few blocks away is a Whole Foods Market. The home itself is very spacious and comfortably accommodated 6 people with no one on the floor. It is clean and safe; gated entry. And most of all, the owners are an absolute delight. Despite not meeting them in person, all transactions were a breeze. There aren't a ton of rules or lengthy checkout lists. You can be rest assured that you will feel very comfortable in this home and not feel like your walking on glass, petrified of breaking something.

Wonderful townhouse for a family stay. We were here for 6 days and all of us loved it. Well furnished, very clean, comfortable beds, excellent location and extremely quiet. We'd stay here again w/o hesitation. Lastly, the owner responded quickly all all inquiries before and during our stay and gave clear, detailed instructions about using the property. Had a great time exploring Santa Monica & LA attractions. Highly recommend the Warner Bros. Studio tour in Burbank; hiking to the back of the Hollywood sign; walking & biking on the Santa Monica beach path; exploring Montana Ave; LA Getty Museum; Huntington Museum; Library & Gardens in Pasadena; shopping on Third St. Promenade; dinners at Hillstone restaurant on Wilshire Ave, cappuccinos at Caffe Luxxe on Montana and desserts at Sweet Lady Jane's on Montana. Diesel Bookstore in Brentwood Country Mart on 26th was also terrific.

The beautiful house is in a lovely area of Santa Monica very close to Montana Avenue - smart shops, Whole Foods supermarket and interesting restaurants. We found the living area very spacious for 4 of us and a baby and creates a great impression as you enter the house. We loved Didier's art displayed throughout the house. The bedrooms on 3 floors are very comfortable and the whole house was immaculate and kept that way by the housekeeper, who called twice during our 2 week stay. We loved the fantastic view from the roof terrace and having a baby with us, really appreciated the large living area which can be seen from the stairs on each floor above. Didier was extremely helpful, ensuring that our baby had all essential equipment (cot, high chair) and we had a great holiday. Would return without hesitation and would recommend to friends.

Beautiful and immaculate house in lovely area of Santa Monica. Really spacious living room and kitchen, lovely decor and art, well arranged bedrooms/bathrooms and all the facilities you could wish for. The owner was so helpful in providing all essential items for our baby and promptly answering any questions and the house is extremely well equipped. Fantastic views from the roof terrace. Memorable holiday and would recommend the house without hesitation.

I rented this place for 5 nights for my extended family, it was very clean and everyone had their own space to be comfortable. The private rooftop was great for early breakfasts and hanging out during the sunset. It's a very quiet neighborhood that is only a couple blocks away from the great shopping and walking street of Montana. Didier was a great host and was very prompt with any email questions I had, thank you!

My co-workers and I were attending a conference in LA but didn't want to do the usual routine of staying in an uptight hotel around the downtown area. So instead, we rented Didier's house in Santa Monica and had an absolute blast. The house is very well-maintained and can accommodate 3 couples comfortably and a few additional people if needed. There were plenty of towels and linens to go around, and the appliances, furniture, grill, rooftop fireplace and general resources of the house worked perfectly! There were even boogy-boards and surfboards for use in the garage! The location is ideal, being a quick drive to the beach in Santa Monica, and it isn't too far from I-10 so that you can get into downtown conveniently.

Didier was always available and quickly responded to any questions via email and called me promptly when I asked to speak via phone. We had no issues with the house and truly enjoyed our stay there. I'd recommend this property to anyone out there looking for a different and more fun way of experiencing LA the next time they're there on business or for pleasure.
