This Amazing house offers beautiful bay views, a spacious environment and its very own dock. Not only is this unique house offering the protection of the only natural canal on St George Island, but it is situated close to the mouth of the canal offering one of the most beautiful views on the island of fantastic bay sunsets. Fishing is great right off your own dock. There are two boat slips and you are only minutes from Bob Sykes Cut for more great fishing and, of course, off-shore. There is plenty of parking for your boat, storage for all your fishing equipment, fish cleaning area, loads of decking for viewing and relaxing, and the public launch for kayaks and canoes is just around the corner.
In addition, if you like relaxing at one of the most beautiful beaches in the nation, the beach entrance is a very short walk. Our beaches are pristine and never crowded. Great bayfront home at mouth of canal offering fantastic sunsets over Apalachicola Bay.

The house has 2 kitchens, Upstairs kitchen is fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, freezer, ice maker, lobster pot, microwave, a double oven, stove top burners, coffee maker, cooking utensils, toaster. One of the only gas stoves on the island! Washer and dryer, cable tv with dvd and vcr player, stereo system, games, books, wireless internet, balconies, outdoor charcoal grill, DOCK with fish cleaning station, beach towels, beach umbrellas, outdoor furniture, central heat and air, basic soap, towels, and linens provided. We also have a very cute child's playhouse in the yard with toy kitchen appliances inside- great for the small kids!

Our area is known for its great salt and freshwater fishing. Whether it's off-shore, bay, or river; fishing is at its finest. The Carrabelle River, New River, Crooked River, and Apalachicola River are close by and are not just wonderful fishing, but fun just taking a boat ride and enjoy the natural beauty
The flats in St. George Sound and Apalachicola Bay are great for trout and redfish, and it doesn't take long to get offshore for the big ones. If you love seafood this is the place. The famous Apalachicola oysters are found here. Stop at any of the great restaurants serving these delicious oysters, or buy a bag and shuck 'em yourself. July, August, and early September is scalloping for the whole family. Bring your snorkel gear if you're going scalloping. In addition, there is always of abundance of fresh shrimp and fish.
St. George Island has one of the most beautiful and pristine beaches in the country. It's a wonderful beach to swim, sunbath, shell, stroll, and fish. There is good fishing, boat rentals, scooter rentals, bike rentals, jet skis, sailboat and power boat rentals, and, of course, shopping. St. James Bay Golf Course is just 6 miles East of Carrabelle. This is a new world class course and offers a great restaurant and golf shop.
Only a few minutes away is the historic town of Apalachicola offering many artistic shops, antiques, and great seafood. Stroll along Apalachicola's historic waterfront and enjoy a meal in any of the great restaurants.
