We had a wonderful time staying at this home for the week! The week we stayed it rained practically everyday. (5 out of 7 days!) We had a large party of 10 adults/teens (and 1 2 yr old)and we were able to stay out of each others way, and still enjoy our time!

The house is surprisingly MUCH larger than what the pictures depict! Most of the time houses look big in pictures and turn out small but this wasn't the case here! You would actually lose people sometimes if you were going up different sets of steps. The house is laid out nicely and was clean. The kitchen had pretty much everything you needed (would be nice to have a few basic spices, and some casserole pans and larger mixing bowls for those that cook their own meals). The master bedroom is big and the bathrooms are big enough. My only complaint with the master bedroom is if you aren't used to a firm bed then the king size bed may not feel so great. It would be awesome to get a softer mattress pad on it, but we slept fine without it.

Outside space is amazing! There is lots of deck space and tons of parking. The dock that goes out on the bay is a lot of fun to spend the evenings (or mornings...or all day) fishing. We caught several fish right out from the house. Our two year old also loved the play house outside. It could use a little work but kids don't mind.

We loved our stay and definitely will be back again! If you are looking for a house with a ton of space for your party then this is it! Keep in mind that if you are looking to go to the gulf side a lot, then it would be a good idea to rent a golf cart because it is a pretty good walk. It is definitely easy to walk to but with a bunch of beach stuff it can seem forever to get there. Loved this house and thanks again!

We left this morning after a month of wonderful weather, beautiful beach walks, superior fishing, and great accommodations. This is by far the best vacation we have had in years. We usually stay on the east coast of Florida, this is so much less commercialized. Serene, cozy, quiet...no wonder we didn't want to leave.
Owner's Response: Thanks for the nice review and great to have you look forward to seeing you again next year

A great place to stay. Kids loved fishing on the dock. Great to set on the dock and watch a beautiful sun set. Lots of room and walking distance to the gulf beach. The grill is a park style grill, not good for grilling the catch of the day, but great for burgers and hot dogs. The dock was a good place to tie up the boat with water and electricity at the fish cleaning station. This place has everything you need to make it a great vacation.
