this is a luxury 1300 sq loft in a waterfront building. private parking with 24 hours security. pool, gymnasium, sauna, jacuzzi. Casino on right side of the building, hotel intercontinental on left side. All amenities and services near (more farest = 300 meters) : restaurant, bank cashier, pharmacy, supermarket, europcar (car rental) office. Colonial area by walk. and shopping in town.

Amazing time in Santo Domingo

My husband and I stayed at the loft and would come back without hesitation. Located in a beautiful waterfront building, we always felt safe knowing that there is 24 hours security. The pool and jacuzzi terrase is a mere meters away from the loft and has amazing views to the ocean. It was so private it gave us the impression that it was ours! We could have gone to the Casino next door but we were happy to enjoy the loft. Very well appointed, we felt like home. Restaurants, bank, supermarket, services and amenities are just a short stroll away. We also walked to and from the Colonial area. Better than any 5* hotel!

Recently stayed at this property for 5 days. It is a great location, fabulous property, and has tons of amenities. Additionally, the property staff is very helpful and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is nice. If you generally stay at one of the high-end properties in Santo Domingo, I'd encourage your to consider this property as well.
