This house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equiped and the oven worked great for cooking my tray of chicken tenders. Washer and dryer very convenient and excellent. Pool very relaxing and kids loved going in pool at house as well as clubhouse pool a short 2 block walk away. My in-laws very comfortable with their own bed and private bathroom. Neighborhood was quite and easy to get to. DisneyWorld a short 10 minute drive down the road. We even took a break from the park 1 day and came back to the house before going back to the park at night. We highly recommend this house for your vacation.

We really enjoyed this house, the private pool & its location. Everything was very nice & the owners were very responsive to any questions we had. We very much enjoyed the private pool. We did Univeral Studios for 3 days & then the kids came home & enjoyed the pool in the evening. We didn't really eat at the house except for breakfast but the kitchen was fully stocked. There are also plenty of linens & towels for our use. The house was clean & very nicely furnished. We also liked that it was close to Disney & Gatorland (highly recommend--its a gator sanctuary) & Universal but was a quiet neighborhood in the evenings. Many local restaurants are less than 5 mins away. I also liked that the beds were very comfortable. We all slept very good after a long day at the parks!! Thanks for a nice vacation!!

We had a fantastic holiday, super time with the kids & the villa was smashing. Really enjoyed our own pool & the facilities. It was great also to be able to use the club house facilities particularly the gym.

We would certainly have no qualms about recommending your villa to friends & family. Many thanks again.

PS minor point but you should consider putting detailed directions from the airport to the villa on the Home & Away website as we didn't have satnav and had a bit of trouble finding the accommodation. We even asked in a local tourist info office.

This was one of the best vacation homes that I ever stayed @ in Fl. It was just like what the pictures show you beautiful, I will be going back again & I told all my friends how beautiful this place was, so clean quite @ night didnt want to leave:)Everyone I showed this place to is going to book a vacation!!

We had a great stay at this villa. Our kids loved the pool & the villa had everything we needed. It was great to be so close to Disney & all the other theme parks. With a convenience store & restaurants only a couple of minutes drive away we couldn't have had a better location while still being private, quiet & incredibly secure in this gated community. Thankyou.

I found this villa very convienent to our needs as a family. The layout of the villa was excellent, it gave you the opportunity to have space to yourself when needed and as a family. The open plan layout also enabled you to be part of the entertainment while preparing and cooking a meal. The breakfast bar was a big hit with everyone from child to adult for various reasons.

The villa was spotlessly clean and the decor fresh and appealing to the eye due to its natural tones.The light refreshments provided by the owners came in handy untill we got our own There was plenty of fresh bed linen, towels and extra blankets if needed. The laundry room was used well as there was a washing machine, dryer, iron and iron board. This was off great benefit on our return home as there was no washing or ironing to do except for the clothes we travelled in.

I found the owners of the villa very approachable and kind and they went that extra mile to accommodate our needs. I found the service and communication received from the owners excellent and they were quick to respond to any queries raised. I would highhly recommend this villa to friends and family. The villa was placed in a secure gated compound which only added to the security felt within the complex.

We did not use the complex amenities as we were too busy visiting the parks or spent time in our own villa pool which we chose to have heated, we were never out of the pool. The pool was secure and private with fencing and brick wall surrounding it. We had a great time. There was a communal pool, gym and mini theatre should you wish to use the complex facilities. The little instore was handy for bits and bobs.

The Outback steak house, Chillies and Padorosa restaurants were very good and value for money, the food was very appealing and tasty and the staff were very frendly and helpful.

Overall our vacation was excellent thanks to the home from home feel while we stayed at this villa, highly recommended.

Everything in the villa was clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. The heat for our villa's pool was made the water nice and warm, so we spent a lot of time swimming throughout the day. The location of this villa is also very convenient to local shopping, very good restaurants, and the theme parks. We appreciated your responsiveness to any questions that we had and being able to pay our security deposit and final payment with our credit card through HomeAway.com's website was an added bonus. Your house was quite comfortable, in excellent condition, and advertised accurately. The ride to Disney World was short and convenient. We liked the amenties and safety of your resort complex. My children and I used the resort pool quite a bit, and we also used the basketball court, ping pong tables and arcade room during our stay. Additionally, we requested a movie and had it played at the movie theatre, which was quite fun. Our stay was very good at your home and we were pleased with the accommodations. Everything worked well at the house and we had no problems with any household appliances or utilities. We would certainly recommend your home to families visiting the Orlando area.
