This was the perfect rental for my family returning to Chandler to visit all of our friends. It is in a great location, extremely clean, and the complex is beautiful and very well cared for.
My husband was very skeptical (never having rented a private unit before)and upon his arrival was as pleased as we were!
All of the items in the unit were in great condition, it is very nicely decorated and furnished and the owner was so helpful and considerate of our needs.
The only semi-negative thing I would say about this, is the people in the unit above are very "heavy-footed".
I would highly recommend this condo for long or short term stays!

We were so pleased with this vacation rental that we have booked it for another stay next winter! The best aspect to this condo was its location. The unit itself was located just steps away from the heated pool/spa and being a corner unit it had windows overlooking the lake and fountain as well as a patio facing the green space. The condo development itself was centrally located within walking distance from everything we needed (grocery stores, restaurants, walking trails) and just a short drive from major shopping, airport etc.
This 2 bedroom condo was equipped with a comfortable king and queen size bed. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and Julie was receptive to providing anything we felt was missing. The living room was comfortable and included an electric fireplace which we found useful for the cool mornings in January.
The complex community was incredibly welcoming. Julie made a point of introducing us to several people and by attending the Friday night socials and the Saturday morning breakfasts we easily met many people.
The unit was clean and well maintained and we would easily recommend it to friends and family. In fact family members who visited us are anxious to return next year!

We rented this condo for a three month period this past winter. The listing was accurate and the layout was perfect for us. It was immaculate upon our arrival, and very well appointed. Our landlady was very helpful to us throughout our stay and even accommodated our arriving a day early due to weather!. She provided us with a great many suggestions as to what to see and do in the area. My husband found like-minded hikers at the development and we both enjoyed the great social gatherings on the weekends. The first night we were there we went to a New Year's Eve party, the next morning a community breakfast, and the day after that a Holiday Open House! While the social atmosphere is great, the development itself is quiet. There are many walking paths nearby which we took advantage of. The grounds are well kept and the pool and spa were always well maintained and at perfect temperatures. The condo has a perfect location and there are even markets and several places to eat within a very short walk. This is the perfect spot to spend your winter or for a longer stay in the greater Phoenix area. There is so much to see and do in the area that you are never bored. I would highly recommend this property to any renter.

The condo was perfect for us. The location is great with restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. We loved the view of the lake. We enjoyed the heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the sheets were super soft. The condo had sufficient kitchen and cleaning supplies.

Julie was very easy to work with and willing to accommodate our needs. She was always easy to reach by e-mail or phone and would respond quickly when we needed to reach her.

The only negative is the sound of the people walking overhead, but generally the condo was very quiet.

I would definitely recommend the condo for both short- and long-term stays.
