This is an historic home built in 1914. It has beautiful woodwork, 6 fireplaces, and a lot of character. It has a view of Lake Superior from many of it's rooms. The kitchen has been update with cherry cabinets and granite counters and stone flooring. There are several sitting areas to enjoy the view with a cup of coffee or to break away into small groups. Although the home is large enough to host a family gathering, the home maintains a cozy atmosphere perfect for romantic getaways, or small groups. The large deck and yard. It has the convenience of being in town but with the feel of being in the country. Wander through the wooded yard to the adjacent park and hike along the creek to the different water falls.

The adventure is right in your own back yard!: This home offers so much history and comfort, while still providing an outdoor adventure. The yard is a 1/2 city block with an array of trees and plant life. Deer are often seen walking through to nibble on the apple trees and occasional a friendly fox pounces around. It may be rare, but you may even sight a curios black bear. The yard boarders on a creek with lovely waters falls, paths, bridge and a occasional bench to sit on and just take it all in.
