Property was very clean & comfortable, a pet bed was provided for our dog, amenities were very adequate,with the exception of the coffee maker which wastes & requires way too much coffee to make a decent cup of java,other exception was the gas grill which worked but needs some TLC. All in all the property was well represented & was as advertised,I would stay there again & would recommend the property to others.Was there during an ATV/UTV rally & occasionally had to shuffle for street parking, but for the most part was adequate.

Terrific rental in a nice, quiet area.

We loved the casual atmosphere, had brought 2 dogs and it was set up well for them, including a clean dog bed! Everything was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the private hot tub on the patio. We would stay there again when in the area.

Amazing!! The condo was more than we expected. Tasteful in decor and oh so immaculate and organized..
The hot tub was perfect!! The surrounding facilities were clean and very nice as well. When we return we hope to stay at the same condo. We loved your home and thank you for letting us stay. Leah, who prepared the home did an awesome job.

Excellent place and location. We did have a problem with the gargage opening up on its own but it was a minor distraction.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The cleanliness and freshness of the condo in general was wonderful. The decor made it beautiful and homey. The hot tub was the icing on the cake! Very spacious and reasonable for what we got. Great views from the patio. Very new feeling and appliances seemed new, too. Full sized washing machine. Comfortable beds. TV in every bedroom. Not a thing to complain about. Would definitely go back.

Beautiful Condo!

We stayed here with friends for the weekend and ran the Canyonlands Half Marathon. The condo is clean, organized and beautiful. It is just 5-10 mins outside of town (driving), a perfect, quiet location but still close to all the downtown amenities. Very comfortable, relaxing and convenient. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends/family.

First class lodging. Tastefully decorated. The kitchen is especially well equipped for cooking real meals. The hot tub is the bomb. Plenty of great hikes and rides close by. Two families shared the unit and were very comfortable. To die for views from inside the unit. Way better value than any of the hotels we've slept in in Moab.

Everything we Wanted

An excellent rental. Extremely neat and organized with all the little things to make one feel at home. The decor, which I had underappreciated as part of the rental decision, was absolutely lovely -- this home is furnished and decorated in a high quality manner -- like a model home. Everything worked great, the hot tub is excellent (especially with the stars on display before the moon rises) and the floor plan was very comfortable. We have zero complaints -- it was all that was advertised and more -- and I would recommend this property highly. Moab is a pretty small town so all destinations and locations are convenient.
