For winter fun, you'll enjoy world class skiing at all the major North Shore ski areas- Northstar and Diamond Peak are about 15 minutes away, Mt Rose 20-25 minutes, and Squaw, Alpine, and Homewood about 30 minutes.
During the gorgeous summer months, take advantage of all the amazing activities that abound on Lake Tahoe. This home has access to the HOA pier, only 1 door away, with the use of 2 exclusive buoys which below solely to the Crystal Waters property. Bring your boats and get ready for a fantastic day on Lake Tahoe. You can also access the pristine waters for an invigorating dip via the 100-step pathway down to the Lake. Soak in the sun on the swim platform set among enormous boulders scattered along the shore line. Or simply relax on the deck and take in the panoramic views of the Lake, from Diamond Peak to the northeast, all the way down to Heavenly looking south. Truly amazing at sunset!

-2nd bedroom off kitchen and deck sleeps 3 in bunk beds with chest of drawers and ensuite bathroom (double vanity, shower, laundry room enclosed) Sleeps 3
-3rd bedroom is off living room and master bedroom up flight of stairs and includes two double queen beds, chest of drawers, two nightstands and a mirror. Sleeps 4
-Large, fully equipped kitchen, granite counters, and double ovens; bar seating for 3
-dining area: seating for 8 and a second dining table for 6
-living room with a 48" flat screen TV DVD, wood burning fireplace, and access to the huge deck overlooking Lake Tahoe. Stunning, unobstructed view of Lake Tahoe from leather sofas...seating for 5
-Game table for chess
-Laundry room with washer/dryer.
-Deck: Offers designer domus teak furniture outside dining set including table, umbrella and chairs for 6 and a gourmet propane barbeque. There are additional plastic chairs to seat more people on the deck.
Upstairs Floor:
-On the second floor, the 4th bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, television, shared balcony , lake views, a chest of drawers, nightstand and television. Sleeps 2
-The 5th bedroom features double bed with bookcase, chest of drawers, sleigh bedseat, television, shared balcony and side views of forest, trees and boulders. Sleeps 2
-6th bedroom is up one more flight of stairs and features television, chest of drawers, queen size bed, two nightstands and views of the forest and boulders. Sleeps 2

Chains ARE REQUIRED FOR WINTER RESERVATIONS...While the driveway itself is flat,.access to home is via steep road with 1 hairpin curve. 4x4 may not be sufficient and chains are suggested~~ **Please note- as seen in the photos, only master bedroom has window coverings, all other windows facing the Lake do not have window coverings, allowing beautiful, unobstructed views of Lake Tahoe**

The majority of guests must be over the age of 25. .Please know that reservations cannot be cancelled once initial payment is received. We do offer optional travel insurance providing cancellation and medical coverage for only 7% of the reservation total. If an unforeseen event prevents you from making your trip you're covered! Prices are subject to change.
