We had a wonderful stay for our family's Christmas tradition in NYC! This unit is just steps away from Radio City Music Hall and all things Christmas in New York! Chris was a perfect host and the condo was very clean and lovely. We will definitely be back ASAP! Highly recommended!

Best impossible! The apartament was very very well located. Just a five minutes from Times Square and Rockefeller Center, Fifth Avenue.....
Although the apartment was small, it was enough for us (we were 4 adults).
We´ve been as we were at home, but much better, in NEW YORK!!!

Visited New York for the first time ever, and I must say this place was exactly like the ad and was more than expected for the rate! I definitely got my money's worth and more! I'm so glad I chose to stay here instead of other places that were more expensive. The apartment is well furnished and had a nice cozy feel. Sight seeing from this location was a breeze and there were so many places around it to eat and enjoy that I wanted more time to stay! Thank you so more for making my NY experience spectacular! I would def stay here again!

The apartment was conform to announcement description. It was spacious, very clean. Very well equip (microwave, hairdryer, crockery, TV Sat, internet etc). bedding good comfort. The apartment is nearly TimeSquare, we can visit many monument to feet.

We had a lovely stay. The location can't be beat and the apartment was cleaned to my Mom's standards. It was so nice to begin the day with a leisurely cup of coffee and bagel at a table and relax at the end of the day with a comfortable couch. Not having to eat out for every meal was a plus, particularly with a couple of "take and eat" grocery stores nearby.

The place was perfect! Couldn't have asked for a better location and the apartment was very comfortable and clean. Plus it was quiet; you could not hear any of the city noise. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back a million times over. p.s. LOVED the roof top access!

Family of four (2 adults, 2 teenage boys) spent a wonderful 6 days. First of all, Bob was superb in facilitating our last minute reservation request and was very responsive to all our queries. Secondly, the apartment is very much as seen in the photographs. It was well appointed, adequately stocked with fundamental supplies, good amenities. Located in a very nice building...could not want a more convenient location. Many thanks to Bob & Marilyn. We'll be back as soon as we can!
