The Perfect Vacation

We chose this unit to accomodate a 5 night, adults only getaway, and could not be more pleased with our decision. The unit, with its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, proved extremely accomodating and large enough that none of us felt like we were ever on top of each other. The weather was so beautiful during our stay that we spent most of our time in the condo out on the wonderful balcony with great views of the Gulf and the occasional dolphin sighting.
The unit, itself, is decorated wonderfully, with a huge master suite, guest room with a queen size bed and the third bedroom with the two singles. Having a washer & dryier in the condo is also a huge perk. For the money, I can't imagine why anyone would choose to stay in a hotel. The beach at the Silver Beach Towers is absolutely beautiful and the reservation system for the beach chairs and umbrellas could not be any easier.
The property management team and Csilla could not be any easier to work with and any more accomodating. We arrived in town much earlier than expected on our arrival date, and a quick phone call is all it took to get access to the unit a few hours earlier than we had expected.
We plan another trip to Destin and this unit in Silver Beach Towers in the future, although our children will most likely not allow us to return without them in tow the next time.

Simply perfect

This condo was immaculate and had all the comforts of home. My family and I spent a week there and loved every moment of it. The view was fabulous, most nights we sat on the balcony (with a glass of wine, of course) and just simply relaxed. I would highly recommend the BackPorch Restaurant. You can walk along the beach to the restaurant from the condo. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, the service was great. We hope to return next year for another fabulous week at the beach and without a doubt stay at this condo again. By the way, Ana and Csilla who we dealt with when booking our vacation were very helpful and were as excited as we were about our vacation.

Amazing Stay!

I fell in love with Silver Beach Towers properties several years ago and this unit was hands down the nicest and most accommodating yet. The secure garage area was convenient and perfect for our 4 night stay. A welcome basket of goodies brought a smile as we entered the condo with privacy, ease, and no check-in hassles. I had to contact Ana, the booking agent, with a question when we arrived and she was extremely helpful. The decor was amazing in every room - it felt like home. Coffee, a few drinks ready in the fridge, extra beach towels and unexpected amenities were everywhere we looked! The ocean view from the master bedroom and balcony were breathtaking. Our first morning there, we watched dolphins playing fairly close to shore. I can't say enough about how pleased my family and I are about our stay in unit 804W. We plan to book this condo for our Destin trip next summer! I would highly recommend this unit to prospective vacationers!

Outstanding Beach Getaway

A wonderful 4 night stay. Outstanding property with luxurious appointments in a very spacious floorplan. Having the access key and numerical doorlock allows arrival directly to the property without the hassel of "checking in". A real plus in afterhour arrivals. Very easy access from the Midbay Bridge. Condo is right in the middle of shopping,grocery stores and amusement parks. Anything you can need is just afew minutes away even in the worst traffic. A "redlight" at the property access makes traffic never an issue. The beach views are unmatched. A brilliant full moon gave 24 hour vistas! The master bath is almost a SPA experience. Large jaccuzzi tub and large walk-in shower made relaxing at the end of the day an experience in itself. A unique treat is a window from master bath to master bedroom allowing beach views from the jaccuzzi. Having the beach service included was also a wonderful convenience. Met several other families sharing the beach each day. Walking distance to the "Back Porch" restauraunt made a memorable midday walk down the beach. We can't wait to go back again!!

Just Awesome

We just returned from a 4-night-stay in Destin at the Silver Beach Towers and I thought to post a review immediately. We arrived Friday night, initially very tired, but as soon as we have opened the door to the condo we were awake again; welcome basket on a cabinet right by the door, beautifully furnished dining area, coffee ready to be brewed in the morning, big master bedroom with seaview and then of course the balcony overlooking the pool area and the white sandy beach with its turquois blue water. Well, of course, we couldn’s see the beach Friday night we arrived as it was aleady dark but we heard the sound of the ocean when falling asleep and were very excited to see everything at daylight. As soon as we woke up the next day we run right out onto the balcony and, oh my gosh, that view was fantastic. We couldn’t take our eyes from it. It was as expected! We also heard that sometimes dolphins pass by as close to the shore so they can be spotted but we thought we won’t be that lucky… Believe it or not, on the third day after we had breakfast we have seen them right from our balcony. It was amazing!
Apart from enyoing the view from the condo and spending time on the beach (two canvas chairs plus parasol automatically reserved for each apartment) we went to some nice restaurants just down the street, checked out the Destin Commons Shopping Center and ended up with a huge ice cream. We also went jet-skiing and parasailing which one can rent from some places only couple of miles away and went to a night club one evening which also has a restaurant. Next time we’ll have to check out the water park which is almost accross the street. Only couple of blocks away.
So, not only the condo itself and beach access is great but also the location to other amenities around. Everything was as promised by ITZ! Cannot expect a better vacation! We’ll certainly return! Thanks a million for making our stay so enjoyable!

Simply fantastic!

My family enjoyed a five night stay at this fantastic condo. The assigned parking is gated and covered; just steps from the secure entrance to the building. All the guest areas were spotless and very well taken care of.
The unit itself is a dream come true! We found everything we possibly needed and more. There was a snack basket, a lovely welcome card and a starter kit of coffee, sugar and creamer which we appreciated greatly since we had been on the road for 8 hours.
We were amazed how beautifully decorated (and spacious) the condo was. The bedrooms were just gorgeous; the beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of linens, pillows, towels, etc. We had looked around to stay in a pretty fancy hotel in the area when we first started planning the trip, but found this property in Homeaway. We contacted Csilla, the property manager, and she helped us book the unit. She answer every question we had and was very gracious and helpful every step of the way. In the end, it was much less to stay at the vacation home than it would have been at the hotel and we had twice the room, comfort and fun!
Our unit overlooked the pool and the beach. Every day there were pods of dolphin swimming just a few feet from the beach to the delight of my five year old son. While he kept busy swimming in the ocean and playing in the sand, my husband and I relaxed in two chairs and an umbrella that were set up for us every day (quite a luxury not having to drag our own chairs and umbrellas to the beach like we normally do). We would go up to the condo to eat lunch, rest a while and then, it was off to the pool.
The kitchen was fully equipped so we cooked there most of the times. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, but we would go to the fish markets to pick up fresh seafood (just brought in by the local fishermen) and prepare them at the condo. We ate our meals in the balcony joking that we had the best food and the best view of any five star restaurant in Destin.
I even managed to squeeze in a little (quite a lot, really) of shopping at the Destin Commons Mall and Silver Beach Outlet. There is a Target, Wal-Mart and Publix supermarket close by as well.
We had never been to the Panhandle area and fell madly in love with it. But the best part of the trip was how comfortable and at home we felt in the condo. ITZ Vacation Properties, we will be back next year! Thank you for a fantastic vacation!
