Relax on the covered lanai by the pool while enjoying the fantastic lake views after a hectic day at the theme park.
As you enter the home, your first master bedroom with a king bed is to the right with its own ensuite and television. Situated away from the rest of the living area, this bedroom offers a little more privacy and plenty of room for a crib so the very little ones can nap without being disturbed.
The second master bedroom with a queen bed is off the family room an it too has its own ensuite and television as well as sliding doors out to the lanai and pool area. There is plenty of room here too for a crib if needed.
Bedrooms three and four are on the other side of the family room and share a bathroom. With two twin beds in each room your kids will enjoy their own space away from the living area.
The family room offers comfortable seating with a tv and dvd as well as a walkout to the lanai and pool.Certainly to be the central hub of all family memebers this space is bright an airy.
The kitchen, which overlooks the family room is centrally located with an eating area. All the kitchen equipment you require is provided for small meals, quick snacks or complete dinners.
Just off the kitchen towards the front of the house you will find the washer and dryer which will come in handy for bathing suits and towels. Further along you will see the garage which has been converted to a games room which includes a video game console and a pool table.
The covered lanai and pool area are sure to be a favourite with your entire group. You can't beat the scenic views of the lake and keep an eye out for our friend the duck who the kids have named.... of course ''donald''.
Connie and I were both born and raised in Toronto Canada. We now live just north of Toronto with our 3 wonderful kids, Chris our son is the oldest born in 2000, Samantha and Emma, our twin daughters were born 2 years later.
We visited Disney for the children but quickly realized that we loved it just as much as they did. We had contemplated purchasing a vacation property, either a cottage in Northern Ontario, beach front condo on the east coast of Florida or something else, but never found the right location. Soon after our trip to Disney, we knew we had found the right spot for us.
We felt this property was close enough to the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas to be convenient but far enough away to feel like home. The lake view from the lanai was the icing on the cake.
