This really is a classic home that is warm and inviting. Sunlight pours through the huge windows all day with incredible vistas of the mountain. At night you can watch the snowcats laying fresh courdory as you sit by the fire or around the table. The kitchen is the most well equipped I've ever had in a rental property with everything and every tool and baking dish or pot or pan you could possibly need. Mixers, blenders, good quality gadgets and cookware is all there! Bathrooms are just as pictured, CLEAN and updated and just right for the home. Plenty of comfortable king sized beds and sleeping area for our family and my brother-in law's family to share a woderfull weekend together. You can ski in and out for lunch etc, just a bit of a learning curve to figure out the best route based on weather conditions etc. We found it super easy to walk down the street (2 min walk) and access the trails that way rather than "Village Run". This house was super clean and so well equipped. We loved the retro feel and the beautiful woodwork and "Brady Bunch" architecture which lended to the cozy, warm atmoshpere. The fireplace heats the living room super fast and very warm. Nice reclining leather sofas and several TVs but we never turned on the TVs because there is so much to see out the windows with great views from EVERY window in every corner of the house. This place is superb and we can't wait to go back again next year! We also got lucky with snow all weekend and 100% trails were open. We had mid-January ski conditions in late March! The owner, Randy, is great to talk to, super friendly and very helpfull. He has a cool collection of vintage games and records and artwork up at the house too! Thanks for a great family weekend!
