Westerly aspect with beautiful sunsets and stunning views across the lake, which is inhabited by many different bird and duck species. The development has its own communal park, with a tennis court and walks around the large natural lake. You can walk out to Restaurants, Bars and the Cinema on the Cortez road, and visit the shop to you drop 'De Soto Square' shopping mall, which is a five minute drive away. Anna Maria Island's beautiful golden sand beaches are just 7 minutes away. Clearwater and St Petersburg are reached by a spectacular drive across Tampa Bay's sunshine skyway and you can get to the central Florida theme parks within an hour and a half.

Golf and tennis: Our home is within easy reach of several golf courses and also the famous Nick Bolletieri tennis academy.

Restaurants: The development on which our home is situated is just a short walk to

restaurants, a supermarket and cinema, should you not wish to use your car.
