This is THE perfect place for a family to stay. The interior was very nice indeed! There was dish liquid, laundry detergent, salt, pepper, sugar already in the place when I arrived. That saved me some cash when I went grocery shopping at the Publix about 2-3 miles away. Lots of big towels for the beach and lots of shower towels were available. That saved on some space for packing when I saw them in one of the pictures before I left for vaca. We had 4 adults and 2 children (2 and 5). My little 5 year old learned how to swim in the beautiful pool that is very well kept. The east end of the pool has 2 switches - one for a cool blue light and one for the west end pools generation of hard bubbles. I played golf (There are 2 courses within 10 miles or so) and would go into the pool and it is like a jacuzzi when the bubbles are on to massage my shoulder. the Landscaping is very nice and I loved the Hammock - took it out in the morning and take back in at night so it was safe. Hooking it up is easy beacuse there are already links built into the tree for it. The area itself is very rich....1/4 mile down the street Ryan S the baseball player is building a 28 million dollar home. the beach is awesome. We saw Dolphins having fun in the ocean 100 yards out. the lookout from the upper deck is breath taking and the main lever patio is just as nice. The south side of the building, the wood deck is getting faded and gives a worn look but dont be dismayed - that is where the charcol grill, beach toys and water hose are located. We went to Busch Gardens and Adventure island 32 miles away one day and went to clearwater beach 3 miles north of the place on another day. If you havent been to clearwater public beach in a few years, you will be amazed. Its very clean with lots of commerciality. Lots of shops,hotels, restaurants, snack places and facilities. The beach is great, clean and classy. Already in place at the beach is large umbrellas with chairs or a cabana with chairs. You can rent them....You just take a spot and a person with come up to you for your money for rental. Large Umbrella and 2 chairs were 28 bucks for the day. Food is expensive at tourist places so It will be cheaper to buy a cooler or maybe the owner has one. I didnt notice. My aunt lives in the next city so we used her cooler at the beach and at Adv Island and save hundreds on food. Considering the price, location and savings that you would have blown at a hotel I am giving this place a huge thumbs up!

Perfect Family Vacation

We had a perfect family vacation, something that is fairly rare with 2 young children. We barely left the area because everything we needed was within reach The property was spotless and offered us some much-overdue relaxation and fun.
From the beach, to the pool, to the beachouse and back again. That was our typical day. We were able to put our 6 month old to sleep for a nap, and bring the monitor out to the beach while we played and relaxed with our 3 year old.
The owner was readily available and helped us out with many questions.
It was nice being away from a crowded beach, and it never felt 'dull'. My son still talks about the helicopters, pirate ships, stingrays, crabs, fish, bouncy waves... it was nothing short of paradise.
We hope to return in the coming year, we couldn't have been happier.

Our family stayed in april 2012. I hate it took me this long to get on to write a review. The house was beautiful, and we couldnt believe how close we were to the water. It was amazing. The house was cozy and so comfertable, I didn't want to leave. And the kids loved the pool just as much as the ocean so we had best of both worlds. I hope to come back to visit again sometime soon! The owners were so nice and helpful, easy to talk to. I deffinately recommend this property. Thank you so much for our wonderful experience and hope to stay again.

There just not words to describe this place. Everything was perfect. The home is nicely decorated, clean and well furnished. The upstairs deck is AH-MAZING! Sitting on the deck drinking coffee in the morning was the most relaxed I have been in a long time. The area is residential and not crowded with touristy shops. Super short drive up to Clearwater if you do want to partake in more tourist attractions.
The owner, Shari, was wonderful and brought us out a crockpot that we asked for right away. Having the washer and dryer there was a big bonus. We had 3 families (6 adults and 8 kids) staying there and it was a little tight but totally doable. The bunk bedroom was a little small but it is a full over full bunk bed so it slept 4 kids comfortably. It was so much better than staying in a hi-rise condo. The beach is beautiful and private. The grassy area in back was long enough for my boys to play baseball and football. My 5yo celebrated his birthday on the beach with cupcakes and new friends (perfect in his opinion). We all did not want to leave when our trip was over. The place really feels like home.
Thank you Shari for sharing your home with us and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place AND hope to stay here again. I don't know how anyone could stay here and not fall in love.

Perfect Family Vacation

We just returned from a wonderful family vacation at Belleair Beach. The house was right on the beach with spectacular views of the Gulf! The surroundings were so peaceful, and we enjoyed our daily visits from the egret who lives there. The house was lovely, clean and had everything needed, including chairs and towels. The location was convenient for attending spring training games for the Phillies and Blue Jays, and there are lots of other things to do in the area. Shari, the owner, was very attentive. I would certainly recommend this house!

Perfect Vacation

We have just completed one of the best vacations we have ever had at this Belleair Beach home. Words cannot do justice to the comfort of the home, the view of the Gulf from the patio, the furnishings and cleanliness of the rooms, the beautiful pool. It was so perfect that we will plan to return again and again. Enough can't be said of the owner who went out of her way to be responsive and helpful. Again, a joyful and satisfying home and vacation with many happy, lasting memories.

Loved our Christmas/New Year Vacation!

This past Christmas and New Years vacation at Belleair Beach was awesome! The Condo was very comfortable with 4 adults and 4 children and had everything you needed to enjoy the beach including towels and beach chairs. The kitchen is small but has granite countertops and all the tools to cook lots of food...which we did! The sunsets were breathtaking. The deck off the master was large and the bed was also very comfortable. The hammock between the palm trees was like living in a post card setting! We even made friends with some kind of small Herron/bird who came and visited us in the morning outside by our door! While we were there, we enjoyed a day at Busch Gardens, boating to Shell Island, a visit with Winter at the Clearwater Marina, relaxing by the pool, and long walks on the beach. We even managed to get away for a New Year's eve adult night! All in all, we loved our vacation!

We just returned from a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend at this property. Two families: 5 adults and 6 kids and we had room for everybody. The master bedroom is very spacious and the terrace is the perfect place to watch the sunset. The pictures are a good indication of what you may expect. We could be cooking @ the house and still watch the kids playing in the sand. We saw dolphins EVERY single day, no need to go the the Aquarium !. Everything was very clean and had enough beach towels for a troop. We really enjoyed our stay here and will sure come back, thank you Shari !
