NOW BOOKING FOR Late June, August 30 - Early September 2013 and off-season rental. Charming, newly renovated, waterfront beach house in Fishermen's Cove, Pine Point Harbor in Scarborough, Maine. (Adjacent to Property #108241, a waterfront coastal cottage with private beach in the same location on Fisherman's Cove. See that property site for additional photographs.) Properties are owned by the same family and available for concurrent leases and events if desired. The beach house is on a large parcel with new landscaping, private beach, incredible views, stunning sunsets, and is right next to the boat landing and a short walk to famous Pine Point Beach. Old Orchard Beach and its attractions are minutes away. More information and photos can be seen on www.pinepoint.us. The owner's residence is on-site to provide any tenant services required immediately.

Incredible Place, Wonderful Views, Clean, Large

From E-mail to the Owners - Solicited Review...

We had a weekend stay at Fishermen's Cove Cottage last September and were very impressed. The cottage was so comfortable, beautifully decorated, with glass all along the water side for superb views. We launched our kayaks right there since it's just 40 feet from the beautiful harbor. I think Pine Point is one of the most beautiful places in Maine and this cottage is the closest to the Harbor. The owners, John and Susan, are right on site with their small cottage which is very convenient. I didn't mention that there is a small beach which is very private and it has western exposure for wonderful sun, but the famous Pine Point Beach on the ocean is only a five minute walk. We love the quaint little restaurants nearby. One overlooks the lobster boats in the Scarborough River and another sits on the beautiful Scarborough Marsh. The Clambake is a famous seafood restaurant which we visited three times! Excellent food. Our kids loved collecting seaglass and catching crabs and periwinkles and other critters at low tide. We even tried our hand at digging clams. I could go on and on but will end by saying this cottage is just wonderful and so is Pine Point. You will not be disappointed. It's a five Star!
