Pleasant apartment in a great location

Four of us loved this apartment in Trastevere last November. The building and unit are secure. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped -- and having two bathrooms was a bonus. The only drawback was the very narrow kitchen but that did not stop us from eating well. The area has a supermaket and some other great food stores as well as being close to cafes and restaurants. there is good public transit but we found that we could walk pretty much everywhere we wanted in central Rome. Rodolfo and his team were very helpful. We will happily return.

Four of us spent 5 days Rome and this was the apartment we chose. It did not disappoint. The apartment was a great size, very clean and a great area. It is a secure building although the area was very safe. Three blocks to the entertainment area with great restaurants, shopping and street performers. We will stay there again when we go back.

Sensational property in great location walking distance to everything

We stayed in this property for 5 nights and it was sensational. It was exactly as described, but better that the photos indicated. Check in was easy after a call to Rodolfo from the airport and our two boys felt at home immediately. It was spotless, very secure and all amenities (wifi, scanner, washing machine) worked well. It was also very central and we were able to walk almost everywhere, including Colloseum, Vatican, Trevi fountain etc. We would stay here again if we are in Rome again.

My guests have to find your house clean, neat and you should feel right at home! Choose carefully the cleaning staff and maintenance. Only by doing scheduled maintenance, the house is always tidy and everything works at its best!

I miei ospiti devono trovare la casa pulita, in ordine e si devono sentire come a casa loro! Scelgo con cura il personale della pulizia e della manutenzione. Solo facendo manutenzione programmata la casa è sempre in ordine e tutto funziona al meglio!

Exactly the right spot in Rome

My husband, two sons and myself travelled to Rome in June 2012. This was the perfect apartment in Rome for us - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living space, kitchen and air conditioning! We walked up the four or so flights of stairs most of the time, as the elevator is quite tiny. The locale is within walking distance of many transportation options and in a great area for local restaurants. The best part was that it wasn't touristy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were grateful for the air conditioning when we arrived 'home' at the end of a day of site seeing.

We are a family of four and stayed here for a week in early July. The apartment is exactly as described and the location couldn't be better-in a quiet street but within blocks of many restaurants, a great grocery store (Billa in the basement of a department store on Viale Trastavere), and about a 10 minute walk from major sites. It was a really lovely stay and the arrangements couldn't have gone more smoothly.

Cucina attrezzata di tutto, anche con forno microonde, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e asiugatrice! Aria condizionata in tutte le stanze! Internet veloce cablata e WiFi. rodolpho sent a map for our taxi driver to avoid any confusions. the apartment was wonderful- gorgeous old lift. walking distance and /bus ride to anywhere in rome - so convenient. we had a problem with heating. within a couple of hours rodolpho was there and all fixed. the apartment had a great huge map - fantastic for orientation and knowing how to get around. the kitchen was filled with lots of little stuff - like condiments etc for a 3 night stay. the 5 of us had a great time, very comfortable - would definitely stay again or in one of his other apartments.

Si possono mettere delle spille colorate per ricordare i punti, i siti o percorsi da fare. Molti ospiti hanno lasciato dei messaggi agli altri ospiti che verranno, con recensioni di ristoranti, bar, negozi ecc. Questo modo è diventato una super recensione, reale, di tutto!

La grande mappa di Roma, dimensioni 100centimetri x 100 centimetri (3,33x3,33 piedi) è installata in tutti i miei tre appartamenti. Si possono mettere delle spille colorate per ricordare i punti, i siti o percorsi da fare. Molti ospiti hanno lasciato dei messaggi agli altri ospiti che verranno, con recensioni di ristoranti, bar, negozi ecc. Questo modo è diventato una super recensione, reale, di tutto!
Aggiungo io i confort di questo appartamento!

Spacious apartment in great location.

As a family of 4 visiting Rome for the first time, it is difficult to imagine a better place to stay. The apartment itself is bright and spacious and though on a quiet street is within walking distance of the main attractions in central Rome and restaurants and bars in the Trastevere area. We especially enjoyed the pizza at Da Poeta on the Vicolo del Bologna. The owner, Rodolfo and his collaborator Irina were very helpful. Would definitely recommend to friends or family!

I would only add: spacious apartment, two bedrooms true with real beds, two bathrooms with shower, large living room with sofa, armchair and dining table.
Kitchen with two ovens, dishwasher, washer / dryer, refrigerator.

Vorrei aggiungere solo: appartamento spazioso, due camere da letto vere con letti veri, due bagni con doccia, grande soggiorno con divano, poltrona e tavolo da pranzo.

Excellent property in a quiet area away from the main tourist zones.

Dear Richard, the structure is excellent in a quiet street, but it is enough to get to fifty meters along Viale Trastevere and have the whole world in your pocket!
The historic center of Rome is very large. It has a minimum radius of 10 miles! And 'Just open google map and see!
Practical example. If you are close to the Vatican, Piazza San Pietro, Castel S. Angelo for to get to the Colosseum, the Fori Imperiali or Paladin you have to walk for 6 miles!
If you are close to the Colosseum or the Paladin, to get to Piazza del Popolo have to walk for nearly 5 miles!
Way of Light is the most famous district of Rome, most characteristic, most fascinating and most loved by the young. It 's an old neighborhood with a lot of old buildings and protected by the Superintendency of Fine Arts of the city of Rome.
If an American wants to return back to Rome to stay in Trastevere: there is a reason
By way of light to get to Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere walking only 7 minutes! This square is one of the most beautiful and romantic places in Rome: the Church has the same name you see in the square.
From via della Luce for 9 minutes walk to the Tiber Island! The Tiber Island is a unique innovations of Rome: it is impossible to tell, you must see it!
Via Portico d'Ottavia in the light, walk for 12 minutes.
Of course, all the times that I mentioned are intended for pedestrian travel. But all of these areas are served by buses. So the times are much faster!
Trastevere: there are more shops, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, in Trastevere in the city center of Rome.
Trastevere is unique in the world! Do not tell me. I tell the tourists.
