I can't say enough positive things about this rental. It was everything we hoped for and more. Not only was the place immaculately clean, but the property owner went above and beyond expectations to ensure we had a wonderful trip.

If you plan on visiting the Vancouver area, I highly recommend you spend the majority of your time in Victoria. It is much nicer and more family vacation-y. We were able to see many sights, breathtaking views and some wonderful food. There is also a farmers market not too far from the condo (walking distance). The air is so clean and the populous so lively that you will prefer to walk everywhere.

The amenities in the condo were excellent as well. Cooking supplies were provided in case you wanted to cook there was a wii for netflix and/or games, there was cable as well in case you wanted something less time involved.

In short this was a must stay condo. If you're in the area I HIGHLY recommend staying here. I know my family and I will be returning as soon as possible.

I am a former resident of Victoria, grew up there, and I always wanted to live in Songhees. This wonderful condo was a great experience to feel what it would be like to live in this beautiful area.
I brought my 2 kids, aged 7 and 2, and they both had enough space to play. We had lots to do inside the condo, as well as, outside the condo. This unit overlooks the beautiful fountain of the Delta hotel. There is plenty of natural light and a lovely balcony to have coffee on in the morning. The condo has a washer and dryer, which is crucial when traveling with active children who love to explore out in nature. This unit is very close to downtown, just a short walk over the bridge, yet far enough for peace and quiet.
I loved dealing with Winnie, she is very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again when I'm in town.

This was the perfect location. The Save-On foods is only a three minute drive from the condo.

There were plenty of games and fun things for the kids, and it was easy to walk both to Chinatown and the Inner Harbour. I participated in the annual dragon boat festival, and I walked with my paddle, chair, and all my gear every day of the festival to and from, and it was very easy and convenient.

Win is incredibly friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay at this condo again!

Staying at the Songhees condo made our Victoria vacation both relaxing and incredibly fun. Top three favorite features are as follows:

1. Kid friendly -- the variety of games and things to d
2. Excellent location -- three minute drive from the Save-On Foods grocery store
3. Spacious and quiet -- plenty of room for 5 people to be very comfortable

Winnie is so warm and friendly, and incredibly easy to work with, she was more than accomodating and helpful in every way.

Our visit to Victoria was to participate in the annual Dragon Boat festival, and the location was perfect. I easily walked to and from Paddler's Village at Inner Harbour each day. The location is perfect for anyone visiting for any reason. We would love to stay there again!

This two bedroom condo is situated within walking distance to downtown Victoria and has a great walking trail along the water right outside its front doors. Winnie was incredibly efficient and helpful before, during and after our stay. The condo was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. The bedrooms are a bit on the small side but that would not stop us from renting again when we return to Victoria. We highly recommend this rental.

Our stay was amazing, great and awesome. This was truly a home away from home. The owner was excellent and provided us with all the amenities that a home would provide. We have two young kids (age 3 and 5) and they absolutely loved it. We stayed for one week and it was a fabulous place to stay.

We encountered no problems and i would recommend this place for any family.

While our stay was brief, it was very enjoyable. The unit is very functional, is in excellent condition, and well equipped. It is a short drive from most tourist attractions. Winnie looks after you very well and is very accommodating. Restaurants and Super Markets are a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the unit. The condo does not have A/C therefore opening the windows is a must to keep the rooms cool. There is some local traffic and sea bird noise during the night, mostly in the early morning.

We had 6 adults and one toddler staying for two nights, spanning 3 generations. This rental had everything we needed, and loads of extras (Wii console, LOTS of games, board games, lap top computer). It was very clean, and the furnishings well-appointed. Pleasantly surprised by the master bedrm, as it had a "walk-in" closet and large ensuite. Very spacious and well-laid out floor plan for 2 bedrm place, accomodated everyone very comfortably. Location couldn't be beat, as it's very close to downtown area and right on the water, easy access to walking/cycling path!

Two critiques: needs more dishes and utensils. Only seemed to have enough dishes for 4 people for one meal. Also, would've been much more convenient to have 2 sets of keys for a party of 6.....
