Wonderful Week, Beautiful Home

This was a great rental choice for our vacation as we were looking for a relaxing week away. We had never rented through home away before but everything turned out wonderful. Elena was very pleasant to rent from and the home is very beautiful.

We stayed at Dream last week in July while househunting. We found the place as described, very comfrotable and clean. Everything was working good, internet fast and pool warm. Nice sunset over canal.
House is spaceous and has a great layout to move around. Pool table was a lot of fun for us after chasing the right house for us:)
I am recommending this place to all my friends. Elena was pleasure to deal with!
Instructions emailed were very helpfull and deposit was returned promptly

After a week of Disney & the crowds, I can honestly say we definitely enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house located in a quiet Port Charlotte neighbourhood. The listing description was very accurate. The home was clean and well maintained with all the amenities one could ask for. The pool was a hugh plus especially with the July heat we were experiencing. Being in a residential area, a car is a must. Grocery stores and others were not more than a short distance drive away. Very convenient location.
As mentioned in previous posts, Elena, the owner, was very pleasant to work with. In addition, the neighbours were very helpful and kind. Their grandkids and ours hit it off great. I would definitely recommend this house . Thank you Elena for a wonderful week. - Michael D

Nice and peaceful

We rented this house for a month while we were visiting Florida in order to purchase our own vacation home there. We instantly fell in love with the area. This house is situated in a nice quiet neighborhood, but relatively close to everything. We did not have as restful a vacation as we had hoped, since we were busy running around looking at houses, but it was not because of the house. The pool in the backyard was wonderful, and always a very comfortable temperature for us old folks who do not like cold water. The water birds came to visit and beg for food every day, (I think it had something to do with the fact that I was feeding them,)and the little geckos were quite entertaining. Elena, the owner, was very pleasant to work with, and the next door neighbors were a delight. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this house to anyone who wants a nice, quiet, relaxing vacation. The price was right as well. Thanks again Elena, for a wonderful month.

My husband and I spent 2 months great wheather high 70's and 80's Elena and Radi great hosts. we would go back for sure. the house has everything you could want and you have all the immenities, close to great resturants, shopping medical sorry to say we had to use but very good results. Great trip we used the pool almost everyday it was great, fishing was fun.

We spent the month of April in this home and had a wonderful time. The house offers everything that you would need to enjoy a stay. The area is very quiet and yet you are a short drive to Publix, CVS,or Walgreens and within 10 min can be at the shopping and numerous restaurants and 5 min to Fishermans Village in Punta Gorda. The pool is the size you would enjoy at a hotel and is warm and enjoys all afternoon sun. There is a BBQ and table to enjoy evenings outdoor and the sunsets are awesome. we would not hesitate to return to this house it was all that was written about and more and the owners Elena and Radi were wonderful to work with no detail was left undone and the neighbors are awsome. A great spot to enjoy a vacation!!

We enjoyed our stay at Dream. The owner, Elena, was quite attentive to our needs and promptly took care of issues that arose. The home was supplied with every thing we needed. The canal was great for us as we brought a small boat with us and were able to tour the surrounding water ways. It was also nice to fish off of the dock with the supplied fishing gear. Be sure to use bug spray when venturing out on the back lawn. The pool and lanai were excellent for cooling off and relaxing. The BBQ grill also came in handy as we love to cook.
We had a great vacation and would defiantly rent there again.

Great vacation

My family spent a great vacation at this house a couple of weeks ago. The house is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Although we did not use the swimming pool much, we enjoyed sitting beside the pool table and watching the backyard. Fish splashed from time to time in the canal. We also used the house as our base to explore the surrounding area - beaches, wildlife refuges, Everglades, and the harbor - all within 1-3 hrs driving distance.
Th internet in the house worked well. The kitchen is great with a plenty of dishes, cups, and other cooking ware. My only little complain is about the dryer, which did not work effectively.
Overall, it is a great choice for a couple or small family. We hope to come back next year!
