we have visited orlando 5 years in a row and 4/5 of them we have stayed in lake berkley. the other houses were nice but this house by far were just like home. we will request this same house in our vacations to come.

After a long journey we arrived at Lake Berkley Resort and greeted by the friendly staff on security, who quickly directed us to the villa. The property was exactly as described and from the moment we stepped through the door our vacation had started! The home was immaculate and furnished to a high standard, all the appliances are of top quality and the kitchen was fully equipped, with an endless supply of towels for both the bathroom and pool.
We had three generations staying in the villa, the grandparent who enjoyed lazy days round the south facing pool, taking advantage of the lake views and wildlife, to the grandchildren who couldn’t wait for the swimming pool at end of a long day visiting the parks. They loved the games room and most evenings had pool tournaments, the free WIFI was also a bonus!
The gated community was peaceful and well maintained, I only wish we had booked an extra week to take full advantage of all the facilities from tennis & basketball courts, fishing and clubhouse with gym!
Lake Berkley Resort is in an ideal position to access all the attractions, shops and restaurants. A huge Walmart is at the top of the road. I would highly recommend the Cheese Cake Factory at The Mall at Millenia and Hard Rock Café at Universal for fantastic food and service.
The management company who looked after the villa where very helpful when contacted and responded quickly to our query.
The owners Stephen and Lisa are very friendly, they have a beautiful second home and we were all sad to leave, especially our boys!
I would highly recommend this villa to friends and family and hope to return in the future.

A wonderful vacation at this Lake Berkley Villa again this year .

We arrived to find everything just as pleasing as in March of 2012 .The owners and the property management team do a great job to make sure your vacation runs as smoothly as possible .The weather was a little cooler but with the south facing pool it always felt so much warmer . Our children and our grandkids even the two babies could quite easily spend all day at the pool. The splash pad at the Club House is also a great hit with the little ones.The older grandchildren enjoy checking out the lake and all the different birds and fish and also the big alligator . For the adults all of the local shopping and dining are very close .It is just a super place to spend a vacation without a doubt. So much so we have booked this great place for a month next year.Just like a home away from home .

Amazing property

Lovely, beautifully located property a stones throw from the lake. The home was clean and everything was in top working order. Floor coverings are all clean and show no wear and tear. Very cozy and comfortable. The appliances are top quality and new. We loved that there was a supply of cleaning supplies that we did not have to worry about going out our first night there to purchase these. Hand soap was available which was also a very nice touch. The linen supply was more than ample and another nice touch was that there were swim towels supplied for pool use. The pool was beautiful. Clean and perfect temperature. The games room was well equipped and clean. The gated community is fantastic. The front gate staff were very friendly and helpful. Property manager was prompt and very helpful to answer questions. Beds were very comfortable. Property description and photos on listing accurately reflect the property and location. Property owner was very friendly and helpful. A bulletin board in the laundry room gives lots of helpful information about places to visit and where to eat. A lovey welcome book is provided that explains everything about the home and the community.

Perfect For Our Family

After a long journey we turned the corner to be welcomed by the sight of the villa decorated with lights which made us smile and when we entered the beautiful interior there was a decorated christmas tree too, these were lovely extra touches. The villa was very clean with a well equipped kitchen, pool was good and we really enjoyed the games room, pool tournaments each night! The beds were extremely comfortable which was important after a long day at the Disney Parks. We would recommend "Fishbones" restaurant( just off I-4) and the Florida Mall for shopping. New Years Eve was fabulous at Epcot. The parks are extremely busy at Christmas. Be prepared for long waits especially the new rides. Stephen and Lisa have been excellent hosts and we can't fault the villa in any way. Excellent holiday!

This was our second time staying in lake berkley and we are very pleased that we made our choice.The house is very beautiful and very peaceful and have a great location right on a corner.
The house was very clean and there was enough towels and dishware availeble.
The pool is just fantastic when you return from a long attraction day.
The management of the house Mr.John and Mrs. Elizabeth are friendly poeple and are always ready to help with everything.
I thank them very much.And also the owners of this beautiful home for they kindness and pleasant way to deal with.This home is highly recommemded ,a great second home for your vacation stayed.We would stayed again on our next vacation.

Just returned home today after a fantastic 2 week vacation in this beautiful villa. Everything you could wish for, very well equiped and tastefully decorated. A real home from home. Kids loved the pool and games room. All theme parks very close, and Walmart was very handy being 2 minutes away. Management company very helpful and professional, villa was spotless on our arrival, and when i contacted them with query they responded promptly and efficiently. Highly recommended, will definately be booking this villa again on our return. Thank you for sharing your lovely house, made our vacation!

Wonderful Family Vacation

The villa is very well kept and equipped. The pool, games room, WIFI, free long distance,lakes, fishing and interesting wildlife were bonuses. We found the management to be readily accessible when the 5 month old microwave quit and was repaired the next afternoon. We appreciated the fact that the villa is safe with a good walking area and place for children to play. We all loved the pool especially our grandsons who wanted to stay in it rather than return for another day of Disney. Our 19 month old grandson loved the splashpad at the clubhouse as much as he did the villa pool.The villa is handy to Disney and many other attractions, restaurants, stores and sightseeing with an easily accessible road system. Our son-in-law who is in a wheelchair found the master bedroom/ensuite accessible and comfortable. Our whole family is returning next year. It's "Paradise" and "the best time of my life" according to the grandsons.

Beautiful luxurious affordable home

This was the best decision we could have made for accommodation for our large family on our vacation. The villa is beautifully decorated and yet very comfortable to feel at home in. It had everything we could have needed and more, including for the kids, and even our babies. It was extremely clean and well-maintained. The villa is very well-situated to many attractions, and yet located in a very peaceful resort. The owner was very friendly and also efficient in answering any questions we had. We would certainly recommend this villa to anyone! Thanks for a wonderful stay - we definitely hope to be back!
