OCEAN FRONT& OCEAN VIEW!!! LUXURY BOUTIQUE 2br/bath, kitchen, living/dinning room. 3 TV's including 2 flat panels. Floor to ceiling marble bathrooms with gold fixtures. 3rd unit from beach; have best views of beach/bay on balcony. You are getting more then what you pay for here, I think it's fair to say that. The hotel would charge per night for my unit until I decided to rent on my own, it is one of a kind for a non penthouse unit.
5 star Hotel Amenities include 2 pools, bar,salon,valet parking (1 spot garaged free) 2 Jacuzzi s, Beach access, Gift shop,salon, world known shulas steak house
*smoking allowed on balcony not inside unit.
Free Wi-Fi + Free Valet parking spot+ Free cable.
Kitchen and bathrooms are made of marble tiles
kitchen has custom fridge/freezer, microwave, stove top, oven dual sink.

Very tidy, quiet and well equipped apartment at a good location.
Luxuriously spacy for 4 person with well-functioning 2 bedrooms and bathrooms.
Sunny balcony with ocean view to 2 directions.
Kitchen serving the purpose.
Good hotel services including pool, gym and instant access to the beach.

Great stay!

Recently returned from a great stay at Miami Beach. The two bedroom suite was perfect for myself, two small children and grandparents. Kitchen had the basics. Access to the beach and two pools was fantastic. Jonathan went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was incredibly responsive by phone, text and email as needed.
It is a short cab ride to the convention center if needed. Coin operated laundry was right down the hall. The valet parking was much appreciated. Wi-Fi in the apartment was a great plus. Great views of both the ocean and the waterway from the balcony. The photos are accurate. Note that the Murphy bed 'room' has a retractable divider wall, not a true wall, but for us worked great.

Perfect vacation for my family

I was a little worried renting the apartment on-line, but our experience and the apartment couldn't have been better! The owner was very attentive and responsiive to our needs throughout the week, the location from Miami airport and South Beach was perfect!
The unit is spacious with 2 full bedrooms, 2 full bathroom and a full kitchen. If you like laying in bed and looking at the ocean, this is the place for you.
My wife and kids, 10 and 12 years old...loved it, we'll be back next year!

we stayed 8 days in this appartement and had a great time :
nice ocean view from balcony
nice whether ( would be happy if it is like this in Europe in Summer )
nice beds and sizable appartement fro 4 persons
great pool and direct beach access

Good time in perfect weather

After an unexpected long journey from Germany we had 8 geart days( nights in Hotel Alexander.
Pros : good sized appartement
very good pool area and direct beach access
freddy the care taker at the pool is a great guy
great view fom the balcony
valet parking is a great idea during vacation
close to south beach and other attractions
good bedding
So we can recommend !

Fantastic stay at Alexander Hotel

We are happy to recommend this suite on Miami Beach. It was roomy and neat and had all the extras we needed (WiFi ,cable,etc), plus you get the sun on the balcony all day long. The owner was very quick to get back to us on the few occasions we had any questions. The hotel is great, with friendly staff, great facilities including 2 pools and 2 hot tubs and you are right on the beach. The location is perfect (2 minutes to 41st St, 5 minutes to South Beach and 5 minutes to Bal Harbor). All in all, we had a great stay!

Got great deal on this unit,you can tell they spent a lot of money inside and the views are priceles

I stayed here for 2 weeks, I have been to the Alexander many times before. I have found my home from home with this unit. The Alexander charges twice the amount of what Jonathan charged me for this unit. There were no hidden fees, the unit was very luxurious and on the south side big +. The free valet parking and free independent wifi was just icing on the cake. You are on the ocean in this unit, I have yet to see a better overall unit for the money in this building.
