Nice clean older condo adjacent to Helen State Park. The location is private and quiet. Rosemary Beach town center is a short two minute bike ride up the road. Pier Park in Panama City is only a short 15 minute ride east on Hwy 98. Owners are very pleasant and easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic solitude at the end of the lane

We had a fantastic time staying at Inlet Beach. It was close enough, yet just far enough from Seaside to keep it accessible by bike or car, but far enough away that we didn't have to deal with anyone else really on the beach. Helen Park to the side was beautiful and calm to view and the sun setting on gulf was beyond spectacular. Everything in the townhouse was exactly what we wanted and was provided. A great great place. Thanks again!

Wonderful Getaway

My wife and I had a wonderful 2012 New Years vacation here. The scenery from the living room is so serene and relaxing. The beach can be seen from the wonderful wrap around porch, and allows for beautiful views of sunsets. It is a great place to just relax,and yet it is only a few minutes to good grocery shopping and drug store. The unit was nice and clean and the owners very accomodating.

Fabulous Vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation! The condo was very comfortable and clean with all the amenities of home. We especially loved the wrap-a-round porch enjoying the swing in the morning with our coffee and dining al fresco in the evening backlit by breathtaking sunsets . Though the trek to the beach was long down the boardwalk and its stairs somewhat daunting when loaded down with gear, once we settled into our chairs on the soft squeaky sand, we were quickly lulled into relaxation by the sounds of the surf.

The manager/owner (?) of the unit was prompt, professional, and helpful regarding confirmation and return of deposit. This unit was in a great location. There is another building in front of this one on the ocean side, but the ocean view was still nice from the porch and several windows. Normally, it would have been an easy and very short walk to the beach, but when we arrived we saw that the beach paths were blocked due to a restoration project. She did warn us of that via email, but only after we had paid...and I think it might be important for guests to know this before they come. The alternate path was not that far in distance, but was steep and sometimes difficult when carrying beach items. Additionally, the path routed you through the back yard of another house; fortunately, no one was there when we were visiting but if there had been guests at that home, it would have been awkward to walk beside their hot tub.
The inside of the unit was older, but we expected this from other reviews/description, so the slight wear and tear we found was not a surprise or problem for us. Overall, we appreciated being in a great spot, loved Inlet Beach's location and atmosphere (as others have noted it is a quiet area, didn't see many people out), and enjoyed being able to travel with our dog.

As for the beach access, I totally agree that people need to know about the situation before they come, and I make certain that they do. When you booked your stay in February, the beach restoration project had just begun, and at that time, we did not know how, or if, it was going to affect our beach access. As soon as I knew that we would be taking a different route, I let you know. I would have happily refunded your money if you had chosen not to stay with us.
As for "walking through the back yard of another house"...This is a 33 foot wide, abandoned utility easement that you were walking on...The people who own that house use it as a second home, and have probably not visited half a dozen times in the past 6 or 7 years...So, I did not even think to mention that the path was behind their house. I wish I had known you were concerned; I would have told you that the chance of them being there was next to none.
I am sorry that the path you guys had to take was less than ideal...We now have a new board walk that runs along the border of the state park next to us...It is a little farther than our original path was, but it takes you right down to the beach. It is actually easier than our old path, which involved walking through the sand up the sloping dune. Our guests who have used the new board walk have been very pleased with it.
And you may recall that I gave you a 10% discount off our normal rate, to hopefully make up for any inconvenience...I hope that overall your Inlet Beach vacation was an enjoyable one, and that we will hear from you in the future to plan a return visit!

The location of this condo is great! Very close to the water and a lot of privacy once you are on the beach. The codo itself was nicely decorated and the amenities were as noted in the listing. The owners were wonderful to work with. I would definately recommend this property!

We just love your place. The beach there is so beautiful and private.It is a great place for the kids. There is so much to do, but they are regular beach bums and just like spending the day at the beach. This is our third year and I'm sure we will be back next year. Maybe again in the fall if we can get away.
