Welcome to our cozy heated pool home in desirable SW Cape Coral, Florida. We bought and remodeled this beautiful home in 2011 and are anxious to share it with you. Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood close to everything. The spacious family room opens up to a beautiful heated southern exposure pool. You can cook in the equipped kitchen or grill out on the lanai. There are plenty of grocery stores and drugstores nearby as well as ice cream shops . 2 miles from our home is Cape Harbour, a yachting community,open to the public. It boasts great restaurants, shopping, and even boat charters. Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island are nearby. We have 2 beach chairs available for use. There are a lot of bike paths in Cape Coral and we have 2 beach bikes for our guests to use. Enjoy high speed internet and HD TV. This is your home away from home. We hope your stay will make you want to vacation here over and over again.

We have been traveling to Cape Coral for several years and fell in love with the area. We retired in 2011 and moved here permanently. We bought this home so travelers could enjoy Cape Coral the way we have.

We love the SW area of Cape Coral the best. It is nearby all the beaches and the home is located in a beautiful residential area.
We found it so nice after a day of adventure to come back to our own home and pool. You get the privacy you don't get at a hotel.

Exceptional home away from home

Despite being record lows for the month of March, our stay was better than I expected. The home was spotless upon arrival, the owner couldn't have been more accommodating, and the area was peaceful and friendly. On the warmer weather days, we spent time in the pool and lounging on the lanai. Many wonderful memories were made during our stay. We will definitely keep this home in mind for our next trip south. Thank you for a wonderful month.

Everything was extremely clean and organized! quiet neighborhood and lots of space for 4 adults and 2 kids for an awesome price! My favorite thing about our experience was Gerard took about an hour of his time to show us how everything worked and he was a very pleasant person to interact with. I will definitely contact them if we ever go back to cape coral.

We really loved this rental. It is only a very brief drive to the stores, which came in handy. The layout of the rental is really nice and comfortable. It worked our really well for us ( two couples). While it is not next to the beach, it was only a 40 minute drive to Sanibel Island, which was our favorite and never had any traffic problems in the area, so it was an easy drive to visit the beach and other sites. It is a great location. Really nice and quiet neighborhood, and the house is nicely landscaped, and decorated. The owners, Cindy and Gerard, live 10 minutes away and they are available if needed, and very nice. They were perfect landlords, available if needed, but not a bother. The home itself is well kept and very clean. We used the pool almost everyday and enjoyed eating most of our meals in the lanai. It was a perfect vacation spot for us. We plan to return again next year.

The house was AWESOME. The bikes were a huge plus because the neighborhood is quiet and the people were not afraid to say hi. The pool and lanai were a great place to relax. Having a clean house was great. The kitchen to cook some meals was nice.
Thank you Cindy and Gerard for having such a nice house and being so friendly and helpful. We are already looking forward to our next trip to Cape Coral.

Perfect Holiday Home

If you are looking for the perfect holiday home in beautiful Cape Coral, then this is the place. We have just sent 5 glorious weeks at Gerard and Cindy's holiday home and everything was perfect. All aspects of the home were as described and it is in an excellent location in SW Cape Coral. Being able to use the heated pool at any time of day or night was wonderful.
The home is in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to all amenties such as shops, resturants and golf courses.
I am definately going to recommend this home to family and friends. Both Gerard an Cindy make sure your stay is hassle free. I didn't want to come back to Australia. Many thanks,
