LOCATED IN DEEP WATER COVE!! With this home's location, you do not have to worry about the current drought conditions of Lake Travis. Although the lake is currently low because of the drought, Lake Travis still provides great opportunities for skiing, wakeboarding, boating, swimming and fishing. This cove has NEVER gone dry in the history of Lake Travis!!

Once you step inside, you’ll admire the attention to detail evident throughout this beautiful home including granite countertops, wood, tile and stained concrete floors, unique architectural features and beautiful furnishings. The gourmet kitchen has a Sub-Zero refrigerator, breakfast bar, full bar, wine closet, two ovens and everything you need to cook a fabulous meal.

ACCOMMODATIONS: This beautiful home has 6 bedrooms, a loft and 3 1/2 bathrooms. This home will sleep 16 comfortably. The master bedroom suite is on the main level and features a king size bed. and flat screen television. The elegant bathroom has granite counters, tile, bidet, tub and shower. There is also an adjacent outdoor shower! The suite also includes a loft area that has two twin trundles and a treadmill. On the same floor is an additional beautiful bedroom with a king size bed and flat screen television. Downstairs, there are four additional bedrooms, two with a queen size bed, one with a double and another with two sets on bunks, one with a twin over a twin and another with a double over a double. There are two full bathrooms downstairs as well.

SPECIAL FEATURES: *An easy walk down will take you to the fabulous 1500 sq. ft. boat dock on a very deep water cove. It is available for your boat and/or jet skis.

Gorgeous Home

This home is absolutely amazing! With 6 bedrooms, we were extremely comfortable although we had 4 families with young children. Each couple had their own bedroom and we had two bunk rooms for all of the children. This home is not your typical vacation rental. Everything is in great shape and exactly what the pictures indicate. Actually, the home is even better than the pictures. The outdoor space is incredible. We sat outside most of the time, although it was summer. With the cool breeze and a drink in our hand, it was perfect. The management company took care of every detail and everything was very smooth from the beginning. We look forward to coming back to Lake Travis and to this home. Lots of fabulous memories.

This home is the best vacation rental by far that my family has ever stayed in! It is beautiful, immaculate and has incredible amenities. The owners have really put a lot of thought and energy ito making this a "great home away from home." The kitchen is more than adequately stocked with dishes, etc, to prepare full meals or just snacks. Dishwasher, washer dryer all were used and appreciated.

The location is also fabulous! We were able to ride our boat to some fun restaurants during the day. We also went to the Lakeway Swim Center, which is so close to this home. It was better than having a pool at the home because there was something for all of us to do (we have a range of ages in our family). The kids loved the slides. It was also close enough that we went to Austin for a day as well as spending time in the Hill Country on other days. However, with the lake, pool table, etc. there would be no need to go anywhere else.

As we enjoyed the sunset the last evening while sitting on the balcony, we all agreed it was by far our best and most relaxing vacations ever!

Beautiful place to relax and enjoy the lake

We were the first people to lease this property and i was a little nervous about that. This home is gorgeous and we loved to relax in any of the outdoor decks. You could easily escape from the rest of the group if you wanted to. We were a group of old college friends and everyone had a ball. We grilled outside and enjoyed ourselves in the beautiful outdoor furniture. So relaxing and a beautiful view of Lake Travis. The lake was down but we still spent endless hours floating in the deep water at the dock. You don't want to forget anything because it is a walk down to the water but well worth it!

The kitchen was beautiful and very fun to cook in! We especially loved the great table that seated all ten people very comfortably for meals. We thought we would go out to eat more but we were very content cooking here and just hanging out! The kitchen was well stocked and had several ice makers as well. This is a perfect home to entertain. We just loved this place. I can't wait to go back when the lake is up but don't let low water levels scare you away on this home. Great house with tons of space for everyone.

Jackie and Kathy were great to work with and very accommodating.
