The house was absolutely perfect for our needs. I had seen the pictures online & thought that the house looked cute & would definitely work for us, but trust me the pictures don't do the house justice.
It was spacious & clean & so so cute. Everywhere you turned there was a different fun space to check out. Great areas for people to hang out and chat, both in the front of the house & out back around the hot tub & pool.

I rented this house for my family during my wedding weekend and it worked out so well. It's a great house with lots of space and loads of character. The ONLY thing that was not great was that the house was laden with overwhelming air fresheners that took about a full day to air out the smell. That's an easy fix though :)

The owners were incredibly responsive to all emails and requests and the house was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely consider renting this house again.

Great house, great location. Everything the listing says is spot on. The icing on the cake was the ease of communication with the owner and caretaker. They were flexible and quick to communicate when needed. Will go back if we get the chance!

My friends and I rented this house for the weekend and it could not have been more perfect! The location is fantastic, the house is so lovely and the outdoor space is incredible. We had quite a bit of rain during our stay. But the back porch provided such great shelter that we spent a lot of time out in the rain enjoying the relief from the usually brutal Texas heat. We were still able to enjoy the pool of course which was great as well! I really cannot say enough great things about our visit -- from the decor to the tranquility, this house was the perfect retreat for a long weekend. Thanks to Letty as well, who was such a treat to work with! If I get a chance to go back, I would, in a minute!

*One side note -- don't forget to bring your beach towels for the pool. They provide all other towels. Everything else is as described on the listing and the photos don't do it justice =)

The house was a perfect getaway for a girls weekend (8 girls), with comfortable, clean and eclectic accommodations. All beds and pillows were comfy, with plenty of bath linens for all the ladies. With the various outdoor sitting areas, you have multiple spots to sit around with friends and drink a beer. The pool was a great asset for a hot summer weekend, which included sun shades above it to offer some shade. (There are still spots to lay out if you're looking to catch some rays.)

The kitchen was well stocked, with a well-working and clean grill. While the kitchen has somewhat limited countertop space, there are plenty of other tables to set up food or put things off to the side while you're prepping your food.

The layout of the house is unique and inviting, with all rooms having convenient access to large bathrooms.

The location of the house couldn't be more ideal. You are just a few blocks from a corner store that carries most toiletry/food essentials (including beer and ice), and it was easy for us to walk/run to Town Lake and venture around and do some paddle boarding. Catching a cab to downtown is quick and affordable (only $10 for a full load of people).

Letty was very responsible and helpful with any inquiries and made the check-in/check-out process super simple.

We had a wonderful time with our friends at Letty's house. Everything was fantastic, the pool was inviting and the house was very comfortable for all of us. Loved all the retro furniture and the bathroom in the masters was divine! Can't wait to stay there again-Enjoy!

We had such a wonderful time at this home. Five women on a mini-college reunion and we loved the space (especially the outdoor space and the shaded pool) and the location (nice and quiet, but very close to everything). Letty was super responsive to any questions we had too. Thank you!

There are no words that can describe this house. We were blown away by each room we toured on the first day. This house has a unique style where they've carefully mixed modern pieces to their retro wallpaper. The pool is spectacular and the shade covering is a must-have with this hot Texas sun. I live here in Austin and was hosting friends and family. They did not want to leave nor did I. This house is a true gem and has comfortable furnishings as well as plenty of outdoor and indoor space to entertain. I would recommend this home to anyone staying in Austin.
