...the formal living room really takes your breath away. If you haven't already, it's at this point you will work out Treefield Villa is going to be as exceptional inside as it is outside.

Continue along to the dining room. You cannot miss the vaulted, cathedral ceilings - the dining table is situated below a chandelier, the high ceilings make dining at Treefield Villa more than a little special. At this point take a closer look, everything, even down to the plates and dishes explains why Treefield Villa is a magnificent place to stay.

In the dining room also lies the intercom system (six units throughout the house), which also includes radio and a multi-disc CD player.

The dining room overlooks a second Mediterranean courtyard with terracotta tiles. This is a most unusual feature for a Florida villa!

Poolside!: Continue through Treefield Villa to the kitchen. Here you should find everything you need, whether your culinary skills extend to a six-course gourmet meal or simply making toast.

Included is a very large American-style side-by-side refrigerator/freezer (with water and ice-dispenser), an oven, a microwave, a full size dishwasher and a pantry. The kitchen also has an island, with two further seats for more informal dining.

Then we have the large informal living room which overlooks the kitchen. Here there is room for up to seven people (in addition to the formal room which seats up to five).

In the informal living room there is a 42' HD TV DVD player, and also a selection of board games for your family's enjoyment.

The double doors lead you out onto the pool deck, which has distinctive red brick pavers. Relax with an ice-cool drink on a pool chair or lounger. Then take a swim in your generously sized private, heated pool. Finish with some time in the spa with extra bubbles!

Feeling sleepy? Prepare for luxury and comfort!: This is the moment you have been waiting for. Climb the staircase, cross the landing to your master bedroom. Lots and lots of space here! The elegant surroundings, and the comfortable king-size bed that will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed after a busy day.

Rise and shine! The Florida sun is appearing; it's going to be a beautiful day.

Shower or bath? There is a very large walk-in-shower as well as a gorgeous oval bath. What to wear? Have a look in your giant walk-in-closet and see what the rest of the family are up to.

All smiles, so don't feel too sorry for them that you got the master bedroom! Bedroom 2 is very large too (larger than the master bedroom in many villas), there is a queen-size bed and a single bed, so suitable for a couple, for children, or even for one who likes a lot of space. This beach themed honey-wicker bedroom is luxurious and the theme continues into the family bathroom.

Bedroom 3 contains twin beds. None of the bedrooms adjoin - wow!
