The children loved Disney, the five days we passed there the weather was beautiful. As for the home, it is a 5 stars for sure. In general, we always find a little something negative to say but not for this home, the site, etc everything was perfect. The children called it our home in Florida. They are already ready to go back to it!

The house was just as imagined from the pictures plus more, it was clean and well kept. It was our home away from home. My girls really enjoyed the stay and didnt want to go home. Nancy and Frank was so helpful and there for anything we needed. We are looking forward to staying again in the future this will always be our first choice. I have told all my friends and family if they visit the area the villa is a must stay. I would give it way more than 5 stars as it had everything we could possibly need and have to do in the home from working out, the game room, and pool and spa. Thank you Nancy and Frank.

Thank you Nancy and Frank, for our best vacation, to date. We waited and changed our vacation plans to be able to stay in your beautiful Villa, and we are so pleased that we did. I am not sure who enjoyed your home more, my husband and I, or our two daughters. :) We only spent one full day away from the house, which was at Discovery Cove. We had 14 day passes to Sea World and Aquatica, as well as plans to go to Disney, and my girls did not want to go!! They only wanted to stay at the villa and play in the Princess room, Mickey room, game room, or in the pool. Everything in the villa was absolutely PERFECT! So much attention paid to detail. The decor is so modern, and updated. The pool area is wonderful. Thank you for having pool toys available for our children. The game room was so fun, and the popcorn machine was so neat. The girls loved being able to make their own popcorn, and watching it pop in front of them. They alternated sleeping in the bedrooms because they loved the Princess and Mickey rooms so much. My husband and I loved the Giraffe bedroom, and we slept in the Demask room one night as well, because it is so beautiful! We love your home better than any we have ever stayed in, including Disney's villas. We are SO excited that we have a date booked to come back next summer. We are already making plans for that trip. The morning we had to check out was not a good one. We knew we were driving on to Treasure Island to stay on the beach, but none of us wanted to leave. Getting to our condo on the beach was disappointing after being in your villa. It was nice, but nothing like being at Villa Monico. The girls asked to go back to your home as soon as we got to the beach, which speaks volumes, because they love the ocean. I hope that anyone considering your Villa will look at the photos, and I want to say that everything looks EXACTLY like the photos! We recently returned from a 14 days stay at this magical villa and this home was awesome. The house was spacious and had all the accessories we needed (towels, dishes, games,popcorn, internet, washer/dyer etc).
This was my 4th Florida home rental (including a stay at a house right across the street). This was the best of the homes I've stayed at. The neighborhood was very quiet.
There were 11 people in our group, 6 adults and 5 kids. The age range in our party 4-43 and there was something for everyone

Walking into the house felt magical. Very very nice furnishings with wonderful decorations. The floor plan of the house is such you never feel crowded, a really great design. It felt like you could have had 15+ people and not felt crowded!
The game rooms were the best. The pool/spa was fantastic. The furniture was better quality then you often see in rental properties. All the beds were very comfortable and clean.
There was plenty of space in the living room to accommodate all of us in the evenings.
The home is located close enough to all of the attractions (Disney 15 minutes away) to be easily accessible, but far enough away so that you are not caught up in all of the hustle and bustle - which made for a very relaxing, layed-back vacation
Many stores and restaurants are within a mile or two away (as well as a Publix supermarket and CVS right around the corner). Walmart open 24 hours.
The owners Nancy and Frank were very quick in response to my inquiry. The management company they use was extremely responsive and timely to all my questions. The house was extremely clean and neat, truly spotless when we arrived.
If you're considering a Florida rental of this type. Don't hesitate to stay here. It was the perfect place.

We had a great time at Villa Monaco. This was ideal for our family because we have young children, it was so much more convenient than a hotel room! The house looks exactly as shown on the pictures. There is a lot of space, it is very luxurious and comfortable. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to make life easy and relax (beach towels, bath towels, washing machine, dish washer, etc.). The pool and game room were fantastic.

The owner was very nice and answered all our questions prior to our trip. She provided lots of useful info about the neighborhood and made sure we were satisfied during our stay.

If we go back to Orlando, we will definitively stay at this house again. I highly recommended it to friends and family.

OMG!!!!!!.....My family had a GREAT time. I am still recovering from the long trip. The Villa was beautiful and my kids fell in love with the game room and pool. We arrived late on Saturday, so my husband and I were trying to make plans to attend one of the water parks on Sunday. My kids actually asked if we could just stay in and they spent the day enjoying the activities at the Villa. That day saved us about two hundred dollars. We had such a good time, my kids are still talking about what a GREAT time they had at the home. I think they had more fun enjoying the pool and game room than they did spending the long days at the theme parks. We are thinking about going back to Florida next year. Once we make a decision, I will check to see if the Villa is available. This is the perfect place to stay. Thanks for having such a beautiful place to enjoy!!!!

Nancy and Frank, you have opened your home up for the most wonderful stay we could have possibly had. From the front door to the Mickey Mouse pizza cutter, everything was superb. When I first contacted you regarding your rental I was anxious because I have never rented a home before but you put me to ease and did not disappoint. The home is exactly what you show in your pictures and even better in person. To anyone looking to book a rental, look no further. This home has everything you could need. Our kids loved the themed rooms, as did the adults. And the pool was magnificent. Every little detailed had so much thought. It was so nice to come home after very busy days in the parks and feel "at home". Very comfortable, beautiful neighborhood and very close to everything. A super walmart five mins away and the parks were no more then 20-25 mins, depending on traffic. I will recommend the Villa Monaco to anyone and would stay there again anytime I may return to Florida. Again, Nancy and Frank, thank you.
