Perfect fit for our needs

Our group of 5 mid-thirties girlfriends spent a long weekend in Austin and this house was ideal for us. The master suite on the third floor is big and spacious and delightful. The common area on the second floor (dining room, kitchen, half bath, and family room) was ideally sized for all of us to gather and hang out. The first floor has 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 2 twins) and a shared bathroom, plus laundry, so we all had plenty of room. And that's without describing all the balconies! Conveniently located to the highway and downtown, we were thrilled with this location. Our group has rented many vacation homes over the years and this was at the top in terms of quality of creature comforts (e.g., great linens, plenty of kitchen wares, etc.). We would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to Austin!

Super nice owners that go the extra mile to make sure that you are happy. Stayed with friends over a weekend, and could not have been happier. The home is well maintained, tastefully decorated, and situated near everything in South Austin. There was plenty of room for everyone to comfortably sleep, and a bonus view in the master bedroom. Walking distance from SoCo and only a few miles from downtown's restaurants & bars. We will definitely be back!

What a great place! We stayed for the entire month of July while my daughter attended classes at UT and my husband and I were house hunting.
The home was everything we could have asked for and more. I especially loved the view of downtown out the master suite window!

What a wonderful house. The style, the location, the amenities; everything was perfect. If you are looking for a spacious 3brm home for you stay in Austin, this is the one.
You can hit the Lake trails within minutes and it is a very short ride or taxi hop to the downtown fun or to the great South Congress venues.
The owner(s) are great to work with and made the experience very enjoyable.

This place is beautiful! We had a four night stay in April and were very happy to be able to have a place to escape the heat. It has fully equipped kitchen, including a Kerig machine for morning coffee. The master bedroom is spacious and has a great view of the city at night. Megan has thought of every detail for a home away from home - Thank you!!
The house is very conveniently located near the 35 freeway access and easy to get to the Congress bridge to get you downtown. If not driving, taxis are easy to come by from downtown and run about $8. Suggest Barton Springs for a great walk, South 1st food truck pods and a drive to Driftwood to Salt Lick BBQ!
We highly recommend the house of Riverside and plan on staying there if we return to Austin.

This house was just perfect for us. Great location: close to downtown, SOCO, Travis Heights and a hop from the highway. My husband kept on saying that we could not have stayed in a more central location. Great layout: two bedrooms on the entrance floor perfect for our three daughter, a spacious living/dining/kitchen floor with lots of windows and light and finally a gigantic master bedroom floor. The house is well furnished, the property was clean, the owner always responded quickly to emails and was very accommodating.
I would recommend this property without any hesitation.

This house is better than the photos! It was in a great location, you could take cabs to everything. It is the perfect place to stay if your looking for a home away from home for a vacation to Austin.
