Our family of 4 adults and a toddler stayed at the Villa Rosa for two weeks and our experience was all positive. The provision of child useful items such as crib and travel cot, high chair and stroller made travelling with our little one very easy and comfortable. We found the house spacious, well appointed and sparkling clean. As the neighbour was doing extensive landscaping, we did find the pool deck got dusty and dirty but there was a hose handy for a quick rinse. As we did not need the 4th bedroom, we simply stashed the bags and overflow items there. The property managers Mario and Grit were so very helpful and the additional time granted around arrival and leave taking made it possible for our toddler to have much needed naps and that made all the difference with such a small traveller. The pool and screened lanai was the best for lots of daily dips and we made very good use of the barbeque for the evening meals. The men enjoyed the large screen televisions especially when resting up from a golf game and the house was comfortably air conditioned. The linens and towels for bed, bath, pool and kitchen were good quality and generous in quantity. The neighbourhood was very quiet and there were shops handy within a five minute drive. We liked the Publix for its superior customer service. We loved our whole holiday and would recommend any property managed by Mario and Grit without reservation. The only tiny improvement might be to put in a small bookshelf or area and encourage people to leave their finished holiday novels and to take a new one from the collection of discarded ones. Just a grace note for avid readers who always seem to finish however many books and magazines they bring with them. We began planning how and when to return to the Villa Rosa on the flight home!
