Total LUXURY! Enormous 5,000 sq ft home just a few minutes from the famous Las Vegas Strip. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Great outdoor area with pool, spa, grotto, outdoor kitchen, balcony, patio and more. There is a Theater in the basement and a Pool Table on the main level. This is a fabulous (and large) house.

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS

Just got back from a family reunion at the Grotto Mansion.....this house totally made our trip. My 80 year old mom got to stay in the master suite....needless to say she had never seen a bedroom and bathroom that large. The amenities were fabulous...even better than the pictures. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, the pool table and the grill. I am very picky about my accomodations, and I was very impressed. The day before we left, I asked Tony if there were hair dryers in every bathroom and muffin tins. On our arrival the next day, both were there:) I can't imagine anyone being disappointed in these accomodations. We will be talking about this house for many years to come.

This was the perfect getaway for the Girls Weekend in Vegas. We had an absolute ball and it slep 9 of us so very comfortably with room to spare. The house was immaculate and beautiful. Thanks for helping us make it a memorable weekend, never to be forgotten!

Bachelorette Weekend at the Grotto Mansion!

What an incredible home for a girls' weekend! It was beautiful, impeccably clean, and very spacious for 10 girls! We thoroughly enjoyed the grotto hot tub and pool. Tony was fabulous and made himself available the entire weekend ensuring our stay was perfect. The location to the airport and Vegas strip is every close. It took us no time to pick up everyone from the airport and trips to/from the strip. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home for such a special weekend!

The Grotto Mansion completely exceeded our expectations. Many properties look nice via the internet, but his one is just about perfect. They layout & modern ammenties are great for entertaining, yet comfortable enough to feel at home. Its proximity to the Vegas Strip makes for a short drive (<10min) to all the popular clubs & shops. Our group will certainly choose this location when visiting in the future.

the house was amazing

Going in to this house was the best thing i ever did.It made me feel like i was at home.Close enough to the strip to drive down and party and still go home and feel like my own house .I felt comfort there. The house was great ,wished i could of enjoyed the pool. It was to cooled to get in, but the spa was good . i will be returning soon and will use the house again. thank you
