We have spent a lot of time at Center Hill Lake, but almost always on the water, at a camp site or on a houseboat and never in a lake home as nicely appointed and well-kept as this condo.

While the middle of February is not the best time for activities on the water, spending time outside or patronizing the marina restaurants, we instead had the opportunity to stay in where it was warm, cook for ourselves and really appreciate the luxury of this home. Even at this time of year, the view of the lake is still fantastic from this home.

We booked our reservation at the last minute and really appreciate that Jackie was so very accomodating and understanding of our impulsive needs. We really hope to have the opportunity to stay again!

My ten day (Dec. 9-19) stay here was absolutely incredible. There's no question about it.......this is a very spaciously upscale and luxurious condominium!

Some of the extraordinary features:1) Magnificent living room view of Center Hill Lake 2) Exceptional appliances, all of them (washer & dryer too!), 3) High quality furniture including a beautiful over-sized dining room table. All the mattresses are very comfortable and conducive for great sleeping. 4) Tremendously equipped kitchen with a slew of counter space along with elegant, but yet durable dinnerware. 5) Exquisite decor......the paintings throughout the condo are truly impressive.


More importantly, it's so peaceful and quiet! What a great place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of normal life! Everything is provided from high quality towels to outstanding cable TV...... a DVR too!! I taped a few movies and they'll now be available for future visitors.

The highlights of our local excursions.......... 1) the Rockettes at the Grand Ole Opry. A fabulous performance, probably the best ever, 2) Vince Gill and Amy Grant at the Ryman and nearby 3) Falls Creek Falls is truly spectacular. The trip up route 96 is curvy, but an excellent road and is just a few minutes away from delightful Smithville and an exceptional Food Lion (grocery store). Cookville only takes about 25 minutes and has a terrific selection of restaurants .


Can't even list the slightest suggestion or criticism.......the owners have done a superlative job!

This was our second visit and it was the perfect getaway from our hectic Nashville lives. We played games at night and watched movies. We enjoyed using the hot tub at night, what an amazing view of the stars! The outdoor gas grill was top notch. The guys fished from the dock at Edgar Evins. The Hurrican Hollow Apple Orchard has some of the best apples around!. The owner communicates well on every aspect of the rental. It couldn't have been better, thanks for everything!

This was our second time staying at this property and this time we stayed a month. The view and condo really has a "WOW" factor". The kitchen is very well equipped. The pool is great after a day on the lake. I used the community grill area with a large viking grill almost everyday. The company store that is just a short walk has great catfish, a full bar and music on the weekeds during the summer. Centerhill lake is our favorate lake and this is our favorate property on the lake.

We have stayed at rental property on CHL before and this surpassed other properties by far. We have teenagers and needed some family getaway time. The condo was well equipped and we so appreciate that! It was a very comfortable and an inviting atmosphere. The pictures on the website are identical to the actual condo. We enjoyed the back porch with the breathtaking view of the lake and ate most of our meals out there. We also enjoyed playing board games on their game table, which we rarely do at home. The lake and river are just minutes away and the kids fished when we were not on the lake. The owner was delightful to work with and available if we needed to contact her. I imagine we are going to have to plan way in advance to book it again because it is so appealing!

Our week at your condo was awesome! Everything was exactly as we thought by the pictures, but when we walked inside and were actually in the midst of it all, we were in awh!!! The scenery was fabulous, the decor and furnishings were beautiful and luxuriously comfortable. It was so clean and smelled so fresh! Our grandkids were screaching from room to room with excitement, but when they saw the bunk bed room, they were in their own world, which soon became their hide out! They loved it...and they're only 3 and 6!!!

We felt like we were in a luxury resort apartment. The bedding, the sheets, the towels, the kitchen, the living room...it was magnificent. The view, the peaceful surroundings, the pool with a hot tub and
kiddie areas, plush lounge chairs and umbrellas, you couldn't ask for more! The patio was spacious and relaxing, just perfect!

When were were told everything was furnished, just bring your own food and the things we wanted, that was an understement. EVERYTHING you need is at this condo!

There were no surprises because we had all our questions answered ahead of time, and all kinds of information provided for how we were planning to spend our week. Thank you! We just had begin our adventure.

We had such a wonderful week. The lake access was conveniently close, the Company Store just outside of the condo complex was great and the food was awesome! The marina's were great...good food and great people.

We enjoyed our vacation tremendously. The guys fished at the river and at the lake, the kids played, the girls relaxed, and we enjoyed our boat and the cool lake water! We felt like we were on a fabulous vacation far away from it all, but we were just 90 minutes from home! This was a wonderful Staycation!

Excellent vacation spot! We were surrounded by breathtaking views of Center Hill Lake. The marina was short drive from the condo. They have lots of boat rentals available for your use to enjoy the beautiful scenery and water activities. The condo was in superb condition! Very clean, well decorated and had all necessary amenities available for our use. The pool and outdoor grilling area were beautiful and enjoyable to use. The owners were extremely helpful and were readily available at all times if needed. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here with our friends and family. Many thanks!

Breathtaking view from patio & master bedroom, very clean & organized, very comfortable beds & linens, great location close to the marina, convenience store in walking distance, large hot tub and pool, outdoor Viking grill (which my husband LOVED using!) quiet, relaxing place to stay! Thoroughly enjoyed our trip!!! Thanks so much! :)
