Felt Like Home
This is our second time renting this condo. It is just wonderful and had nice touches. We stayed for 3 months and had no problems. Owners very communicative and wanted to make sure our stay was just right. The roof top with the spa to cool off was great to sun and listen to our audible books though there were lots of books and DVDs if we ran out of things to do. Beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella for our day trips to the beach was very helpful. We had weekly maid service and water provided. All the managing staff were super nice and took care of any needs we had.
So many restaurants in walking distance to choose from, but when we were lazy we enjoyed cooking at home. Everything we needed was provided. We had a "loyalty card" from Ah Cacao Chocolate Cafe where we would stop after our morning walk. We won 90 points twice in a montly drawing towards purchases. We just got an e-mail today that we won again!
This property will always be our first choice when visiting Playa!

Great Vacation Condo
My husband and I recently spent two weeks in Playa del Carmen celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. We are so happy we chose this condo. The online description and other reviews are very accurate. Dealing with Bric Vacations and Joe, the owner were easy and emails were promptly answered which made the rental process very easy.
As mentioned in other reviews, the condo is very well stocked with everything you would need. Allthough we had planned to do a bit more cooking we usually had breakfast and lunch in the condo and went out for dinner. Just too many great restaurants within easy walking distance that we wanted to try!
We walked to Mega several times for our food and drink supplies. We also picked up some excellent Mexican food in their Deli. It gave us an oppertunity to try some delicious food for a very reasonable price.
We love walking for a couple of hours in the morning and this is the perfect place to do that. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach then you can either turn left or right and go as long as you like on the most amazing beach!
Most late afternoons were spent lounging on the roof top deck with a cervasa, margarita, chips and salsa. We usually took the binoculars up with us so we could watch the birds in the green space across the street.
There are many movies and books in the condo. We had a couple of rainy days during our visit and enjoyed the time watching a few of the movies which was a nice relaxing way to spend a rainy day.
This condo is located in a very well maintained, secure building. We felt completely safe and loved the friendly staff who looked after the building.
Isaak from BRIC was a good source of information for us and enjoyed several of his restaurant recommendations. He is full of information so don't hesitate to contact him during your visit.
It was a great vacation in a lovely, quiet condo which we would be happy to recommend to friends and family.

Great rental in Playa Del Carmen
My husband, adult daughter and I rented this condo for the first week of December. We have always stayed at one of the all-inclusive Palace Resorts in the Playa and Cancun areas - so we decided to change it up a bit and rent a condo for one week and the resort for the 2nd week. We were nervous renting a place but after working with the rental company - and correspondence from the owner - we were excited to try something new. We opted for the transportation from the airport and the food package upon arrival. Both good choices. The airport pickup was very smooth and having a some food staples upon arrival was very convienient. The condo was even nicer than the listing photos. it's VERY close to the beach and to 5th Avenue - but in a quiet and very safe area. We walked everywhere and only took a cab on a couple of return trips from the market. The condo itself is very nice and extremely well laid out. There are two bedrooms which are located at either end of the condo so it provides for some privacy. Both bedrooms have their own bath as well as a half bath in the condo and a half bath on the private rooftop terrace. The rooftop terrace was wonderful for relaxing and eating our meals. There is also a community pool that was very well kept but with the beach so close, we never used the pool. In addition to the rooftop terrace, there were two balconies, one off of the master bedroom and one off of the living room where we enjoyed breakfast each day. The condo provided everything you need to enjoy the area such as beach chairs, beach towels, gas and charcoal grills, a large assortment of DVDs and books. Water was provided for cooking and drinking and housecleaning was provided daily. The condo was extremely clean, well maintained and comfortable. The unit includes a washer/dryer and pretty much most cooking appliances needed to make your own meals if that is what you want to do. (We did both eating out and cooked at the condo).
Overall it was a very nice experience and we would highly recommend this condo to anyone wishing to rent in Playa Del Carmen. It has a terrific location and is walking distance to all places in town.
While in Playa, we spent one day at Xplor, and another at Akumal and Crystaline Cenote. All were great fun. Other places we've also enjoyed in the area are Tulum, Xcaret, Cozumel as well as snorkeling, beaches, shopping and dining - all great fun in Playa.

Our wonderful April Vacation!
One can only be a little apprehensive when thinking about taking a trip to Mexico considering all the bad press regarding drug wars and violence. Nothing of the sort in this beautiful piece of heaven and was everything the listing said it was and more. The condo is located in a peaceful area of Playa del Carmen, away from the motor and foot traffic, but yet so close to the beach and to the 5th ave shopping street! I cannot speak highly enough of the Condo, and of the staff. The private roof top terrace had to be our favorite spot during our vacation as we spent many hours sunning and enjoying the wonderful meals we cooked in the kitchen. The Concierge Issac was very helpful in listing great places to eat and nightclubs to try. Our Housekeeper Rachel/Raquel did a awesome job keeping the condo neat and clean so we could relax completely without a care in the world! A special shoutout to Stephanie, who answered all my questions and made sure that the condo was prepared for our arrival.
As my wife and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, I would say that between the location, the condo, the staff and the closeness to shopping, it will be an anniversary to remember for a long time to come. I would and have recommended this condo to others and hope to visit this beautiful location again in the future. As far as restaurants, El Fogon (Across from Mega Supermarket) was great if you would like to try traditional Mexican food. Be prepared as the menu is in spanish, but the waiter was most helpful doing the interpretation the best he could. If you are thinking about renting this condo, think no more and book it! You will not be disappointed. If you have already booked your vacation here, have an awesome time! We did!!

We had a wonderful time at this beautifully decorated home. Isaac was a wonderful help, anything we needed, he made sure it was taken care of. We loved the rooftop, enjoyed playing cards and eating most meals up there. Rachel our maid was so pleasant and dependable everyday. We loved all the books and movies to choose from, and especially enjoyed a Mexican cookbook, that we took advantage of to make some great dishes! We love the secure building, the closeness to the beach and 5th Ave. This was a great place to stay, and we hope to come back again! Our 2 weeks flew by!

Great Condo, Better than in online pics
This condo was beautiful, spacious, and close to both the beach and 5th. The private rooftop was great for sunning during the day and lounging in the evening. The grill and full kitchen were perfect for making great meals. The housekeeper Raquel left the place clean and neat (like it was on arrival) every single day. The management company was also very helpful with recommendations for food, shopping, and responded to a maintenance request on the same day. We highly recommend this condo and will stay there again!
