Wonderful South Beach Condo!!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this modern south beach condo. We were visiting for a conference and found the unit to be quiet and clean. It had everything we needed including washer/dryer and beautiful kitchen! We felt very safe as the parking garage and entrance to the unit are gated. Owner was easily reachable by telephone and email. Would recommend very highly to anyone visiting the area!

Absolutely Perfect!!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The apartment is not only comfortable but is also beautifully decorated and has everything you may need in your holidays.
The pictures looked exactly the same when we arrived.
The condo has a well equipped gym and a very nice climatized pool. It is really across the street from the beach that is really quiet over there, so everything was perfect for us.
The location is excellent because you are 10-15 minutes to South Beach but also near to Bal Harbour.
The service from the owner has been also excellent. We had no problem with our booking. Magda has been always very kind . She answered all of our questions and took care of all the arrangements, and she was very comprehensive about the restrictions we have in Argentina.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends!

Perfect Accomodation

Traveled to Miami with a group of 5 friends/family and this was MUCH better than staying in a hotel. The photos reflect the accommodations quite well - it really is that nice! Lots of amenities with the kitchen, laundry, big bathrooms, and on-site gym, pool, and hot tub. You're about a 10-15 minute cab ride from South Beach, but only a few blocks from restaurants, groceries, etc. It's very quiet and kind of a relaxing space to come home to after evenings spent in party central. About the only drawback is that you only have one key to share which ended up not being an issue for us at all, but just something to note. I would definitely stay here again.

Nous sommes resté 2 semaines dans ce superbe duplex, très confortable et très bien placé au nord de collins avenue. Très bien meublé et équipé.
Tout est neuf et aucune mauvaise surprise à notre arrivé. Grande piscine et salle de sport dans la résidence.
Propriétaire très sympa.

This property is wonderful, I would definitely stay there again. It is a two minute walk to the beach and perfectly located for South Beach, yet it is quiet so you can sleep like a baby. I loved it!

What a wonderful Loft

This Loft style condo was Excellent!! The pictures looked exactly the same when we arrived. It was very clean, comfortable style and excellent service from the owner. We had no problems with booking this condo. Magda took care of all the arrangements. To book the condo was very easy and she answered all our questions and everything was ready when we arrived. The rooms were a nice size and all 6 of us was comfortable. We attended activites on South beach so it was 4 miles from ocean drive...so if you don't mind take cabs if you are not renting a car. This is the perfect spot. Cabs were easy to catch right on Collins ave. I would recommend staying here to anyone who likes to stay and vacation with upscale taste. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Miami next year.
