Dramatic setting for this single story remodeled home features amazing landscaping both in front and in the backyard, providing complete privacy for the pool and patio area. Stone flooring, rustic beamed ceiling, chipped edge granite counters, great room and dining room open to the kitchen for great entertaining opportunities. Professionally decorated with mood lighting make this a different experience from the white on white Palm Springs motif of many desert homes.

Covered outside patio offers dining and relaxing atmosphere surrounded by massive palms, citrus and ficcus trees.

The home is not in a gated part of Indian Wells for easier access and it has the feeling of the old school desert experience. If you want a warm and charming vibe that provides a great place to relax after exploring all the desert activities ,or just hang out and catch up on reading or relationship tending, you may end up feeling the same way we do about this property.

Coachella Valley: From Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, La Quinta and Indian Wells, the beautiful desert valley is backed by 10,000 foot tall snow capped peaks that tend to keep the wet weather away during the winter and provides the scenic backdrop for many desert activities. The demands of a discerning resident and visitor base have been answered with a plethora of fine dining opportunities for every palate, Indian gaming Casinos with world class entertainment, over 100 championship golf courses, fantastic shopping including the famed El Paseo Drive, Indian Wells Tennis Center, Empire Polo Club(also site of Coachella Music Festival and Stagecoach), The Living Desert and various museums and art galleries.

Quiet Indian Wells Location

My wife and I sincerely enjoyed our lengthy vacation stay at this prime Indian Wells Property. It is centrally located yet private and quiet. The owners of this property, Scott and Barb, are both nice and accommodating. They were very organized and had all the relevant information needed handy in a binder which they provided to us. The kitchen is ultimate gourmet layout style. The living room is cozy with fireplace and artwork. The only criticism we had was minor as we were not provided the remote control for the automatic garage door opener which meant we had to vacate our vehicle each time upon departure and arrival to manually enter the code on the keypad. We would highly recommend this property as a vacation rental. Any reasonable request made to Scott was addressed to our satisfaction. In fact he went the extra mile to mail some personal items we had mistakenly left behind back to us which was most appreciated. We will look forward to returning.

Great desert vacation house

This is a great vacation house. The listing description was accurate and included everything as stated on the website. Each of the three bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and ample storage. The wi-fi internet works throughout the house. There is a large living room and a separate tv room. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the utensils and condiments you could need (except a kettle or teapot). The pool is great - unheated but perfect for hot summer days. The location is great, about 300m from the main highway where there is a bus stop which can take you into Indian Wells or onto Palm Desert & Palm Springs. There are bicycles available for use (which are extremely helpful given that everything is so spread out in Indian Wells). The property was clean and tidy when we arrived, and the owner had provided important information about security codes, wi-fi password etc. It was very good value compared with other properties in the area, especially at the time of the Coachella Music Festival. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend.
