Our stay with Juliya and Andrey was fantastic. Not only are they extremely nice and hospitable but it also proved to be incredibly good to have someone nearby with insight to the location. They were an atlas on things to do and see and always had good advice when it came to terms of planning our visit to the US. We are a family of four adults and we fitted quite nicely into the apartment. It is in walking distance from the beach and a very nice lake and it takes about 30 minutes to take a streetcar downtown San Fransisco.

Paradise for a Young Family
Traveling across the country with two children under the age of five is not for the faint of heart, but once we made it safely to this beautiful property we were immediately put at ease. Juliya, her family, and the delightful surroundings created a comfortable space for us to merge my downtown conference-going with a family vacation. I've never felt so "taken care of," through the ease of texting Juliya a quick question, the well-organized folder of attractions and restaurants, and even the invitation to share toys and the backyard play space for my busy little ones. A nice park, the beach, and zoo are a short walk away; the incredible Golden Gate Park is a short drive away; and getting downtown (35 minutes or so away) is no trouble on the MUNI. If we ever make it to San Francisco again (and I hope we do!) we wouldn't think of staying anywhere else!

Great stay!
It was great to stay in an apartment and experience "life" in San Francisco. Juliya was so accommodating & helpful with questions before-hand and directions during our stay. We had no problems using public transportation and immensely enjoyed our vacation!

San Francisco getaway
Juliya & Andrey were perfect hosts. They were not in San Francisco when we went there, but they had made all the arrangements before they left, including letting us know that they wouldn't be there prior to our trip to SF. There apartment is very nice and I would definitely recommend it for a family with small children or a couple. We were 5 adults and it was a little cramped for us, as we did not spend too much time in the apartment it was not a major problem. The rental is very well maintained and had a lot more amenities than we expected. The hosts had also left a welcome basket of fruit & wine, which was a very nice gesture.

Comfortable property
Condo is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants & shopping. Golden gate park is just minutes away. Property was clean & comfortable even better in person than in the pictures.The hosts have gone the extra mile with amenities. There wasn't anything that we needed that they didn't have. From start to finish I was pleased with my interactions with the owner.

Trip for the Memory Book
We had an absolute amazing trip to San Francisco. I took my girlfriend to Napa Valley and propsed to her in a beautiful winery. It was so amazing! Our stay at the apartment was fantastic. Everything we possibily we needed was there. The place was immaculate, everything was super clean, such a relaxing place after long days visiting and touring the city. The bed has such a great mattress. We slept like babies. The owners were super nice and so helpful and have great itinerary and useful info for seeing the sites and travelling throughout the city. They even left us truffles and champagne as a gift for our special occasion. We couldn't have picked a better place for our special trip. We are already planning our return trip back. We absolutely loved this place and it made our trip so much more enjoyable. This was a trip for the memory books. We loved every aspect of this place and wanted to share with everyone how great our engagement trip was. Thank you so much Juliya and Andrey for such an amazing time. We can't thank you enough. We'll talk to you soon for our trip back.

The location is perfect and a close walk to the zoo. Juliya is such a great host. From the cute set up of the entire flat to the complimentary fruit & wine, we felt so at home. We would definitely stay again as soon as we can take our next trip to SF! It is by far better than any hotel. I only wished we had a few more days to enjoy cozying up here. There are so many things within a short drive or walk. You can even walk to have a delicious breakfast near the zoo. There were tons of menus and a binder of options if we wanted to stay in. Thanks so much. Our deposit was returned promptly and she even emailed to let us know.

Fantastic Stay
Thanks so much Juliya and Andrey for a wonderful stay. The fresh fruits, wine and chocolate were a nice welcoming gift as we settled in for the week. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, the accomodation was perfect for our needs. The apartment was lovingly furnished and provided us with a comfortable and convenient base to start and end our daily excursions. Close to the zoo, lake Merced and the beach, the location provided us with scenic paths for daily exercise. While we didn't take advantage of the full kitchen, the refrigerator was handy for storing our daily supplies. It was great talking to your mother and children as they went for a zoo outing the same day that we went with my cousin and her kids. I would highly recommend this property to others and would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to San Francisco.

The unit is spotlessly clean and well maintained with excellent amenities. The hosts went out of their way to be sure we had everything we needed; and believe me there was nothing to want. Completely stocked! Cute little cafe close to the beach as well that serves delicious eggs benedict. Wonderful to be able to have your own parking space as well.
