We had a lovely stay at your house. Thanks a lot for the hospitality. The house is really comfortable even in a low season. We spent fantastic holidays. Very nice place, well located (closed to Palerme, in a quiet bay). House is well furnished, everything you could need is available (cooking ustensils, TV, Wifi, Music, playing cards, barbecue...). Our stay was great. Only one thing to notice, A/C is only available in dinner room. Owners are nice and flexibles. I advise this house if you want some good time in Sicilia !

We've just returned from a week trip to Sicily. We stayed at Casa Sant'Elia. What an incredible vacation! The house was much more than we expected and the pictures on the website do not do it justice. It is a very comforctable and well deorated house with many ammenities. The view from the house is spectacular and the surrounding villages are very quaint and the people extremely friendly. Marco and Francesca, the owners, are very helpfull and took very good care of us. Loved them and the house. Thank you for an wonderful experience. Ana Beard

We've just come back from a wonderful stay at Sant Elia, the house is great, the location could not be better & Francesca & Marco were very friendly & helpful.
The house is a great home from home with everything you could possibly need, there are lots of personal touches to the house so it doesn't feel like a holiday rental, the pizza oven is a great extra touch! The villages of Sant Elia and Sant Flava are just down the road with all the amenities you require. Getting into Palermo by train is really easy & recommended over taking the car!
All the Sicilians we met were really friendly & went out of their way to help you.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the house and the area to anyone!

After one week on the country side in Sicily we longed for the sea, and we got plenty of it at Sant Elia.
The house is really equiped extremely well for a holiday rental home, we never experienced it like this before. All utensils of a modern kitchen available, furnished extremely cosy and luxuous.
The balconies in bed and living room made us enjoy the sea day and night !
Located very well for trips to Palermo, San vito lo capo, Scopello, Agrigento, Erice etc.
For palermo it took us only 15 minutes by train from Santa Flavia, which is very near and you can easily leave yr car there.

After our day trips in the country we enjoyed it very much to come home and have a nice meal on the terrace and enjoy the view of the fishermens boats from our balcony till late at night.

Owners very friendly and helping out !

We can surely recommend this house for people who love Sicily and more over the sea.

Wonderful location and stunning villa very well equipped. The en suite shower head was broken, otherwise a very comfortable home from home. Enjoyed the wood burning pizza oven and barbecue. Sant Elia was a short walk away, a picturesque fishing villa with everthing we needed. The beach is literally on your doorstep and accessed by private steps. The view is even better than the photos on the web! So good we didn't want to go anywhere.

Die Wohnung verfügt über einen abschließbaren Parkplatz am Haus.

Die Wohnung selbst verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer (wobei nur eines Meerblick und einen Balkon hat, die anderen sind mit Blick aus dem Fenster zum Nachbarhaus), ein sehr gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, kleinem Sofa und einer Chaiselongue, Fernseher (Sky Italia), Free WiFi.
Vor dem Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Balkon mit Meerblick.
Die Küche hat eine Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank.
Im Innenhof besteht die Möglichkeit den Grill zu nutzen.
Ein Stockwerk höher ist noch eine große Terrasse zur Verfügung die auch Platz für mehr als 6 Personen anbietet. Zusätzlich gibt es dort Sonnenliegen.

Aus der Wohnung raus eine steile Treppe hinunter geht es zum Kiesstrand.
Dieser ist manchmal nicht ganz so sauber wg. Treibgut, das Meer ist aber glasklar.
Leider aber nicht wirklich für Familien mit Kleinkindern geeignet.
Badeschuhe sind sehr zu empfehlen !

Leider ist aufgrund der Tatsache das die Wohnung an einem Berg liegt auch das kleine Manko das (zumindest im Mai) ab 17.00 Uhr am Strand, auf den Balkonen oder Terrasse keine Sonne mehr vorhanden ist.

Bei einem Preis von 650 Euro für 6 Tage finde ich es auch ein wenig teuer bei Selbstverpflegung.

Der große USP ist mit Sicherheit die Tatsache, dass es hier nicht touristisch ist, aber alle sehenswerten Ziele im Umkreis mit dem Auto erreichbar sind. Hier erlebt man Sizilien so wie es ist. Und die Wohnung ist so angenehm eingerichtet, dass man sich wohlfühlen und erholen kann.

Mit Abstrichen also schon zu empfehlen !

Nachdem wir die letzten beiden aktuellen Bewertungen der Ferienwohnung vor unserer Abreise gelesen hatten, waren wir nicht ganz sicher, was uns in der Wohnung erwarten würde. Die Wohnung mit einem oder zwei Sterne zu bewerten ist nicht in Ordnung. Alle unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt. Die Wohnung ist so wie beschrieben. Sie war sehr sauber und wir haben uns entsprechend wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns die in der Nähe liegenden Geschäfte gezeigt.
Die Ferienwohnung, insbesondere ihre Lage ist ein Traum. Wir empfehlen sie gerne weiter.
