Condo Resort: Our condo resort offers a cabana for you indoor use. We have aprivate parking area and a bike storage area. You have full acess to the 2 poolside gas grills, lots of loung chairs and tables, big pool, kiddie pool, tropical landscaped courtyard, shuffle board, and fresh water rinse showers beach side.

The beach is wide enough to accomidate castle building, beach vollyeyball, bike riding, sun bathing and shelling.

Our condo has boogie boards, kids beach toys, beach chairs, and beach umbrella.

All linens including beach towels are provided in unit.

Multiple types of sea turtles nest on this beach. You can actually view turtle egg laying and nest hatchings from this balcony!

Surf fish the directly front sand bar for whiting, pompanoe, blues and flounder with free sand flee bait dug from the shore.

Excellent surf break for boards or boogie boarding.

Walking distance shopping center with restaurants, salons, package, pub, beachware, and an excellent sushi bar.

Kitchen and Bedrooms : A NEWLY BUILT CUSTOM KITCHEN has plenty of cabinets for storage, accent lighting, granite countertops, an island for additional food prep, and a breakfast bar that seats 5, All appliances are new stainless steel and include a dishwasher, convection oven, full sized fridge and freezer, microwave, and ceramic top stove. The kitchen is fully equiped with an extensive array of cooking utensils for full meal preparation including toaster, blender, and a George Foreman Grill.

The tropically furnished master bedroom has a dresser with mirror, end tables, large closet, New 32' Flat Screen TV and a newly custom built ensuite bathroom with glass shower and custom tile.

The master bed is postiioned for you to wake up seeing the ocean.

The second bedroom has a New 32' Flat Screen TV and a bathroom with tub/shower.

All bedding and linens are provided just bring your clothes and your toiletries.

Local Area: NSB is a family oriented atmosphere where kids and adults can stay busy with activities that stimulate the mind and senses.

NSB is a 13 mile island nestled between the Indian River and the Atlantic Ocean.

With over 30 historical sights(most free to visit), NSB holds the distinction of being the second oldest city in North America.

At the side end of NSB, lies the The Canaveral National Seashore. A 57,000 acre national park and bird sanctuary, hosts more than 400 species of birds.

Canal Stret (downtown area) offers surf shops (that rent surfboards), spas and salons, restaurants, pubs, ice cream shops, electric scooter/car/segway/bicycle rentals, and lots of antique stores and art galleries.

Complete watersport activities include kayaking, deep sea and river fishing, eco tours, and a local surfing school.

Free tennis and raquetball in short driving distance.

At the north end of the island, there is an elevated walk over 73 acres of natural dunes.
