Villa Les Monges is situated in the Esterel massive with panoramic views overlooking the bay of Cannes and the picturesque village of Thoule sur Mer, one of the most sought after villages along the Cote dAzur. You are only a 15 minute drive from the centre of Cannes and walking distance to the calm and exclusive beaches of Thoule sur Mer. Absolute Privacy and tranquility in your own luxurious Villa on a plot of 50.000 square feet.

Villa Les Monges can accommodate parties ranging from a couple looking for a romantic hideaway to 5 people in total looking for the ultimate in holiday luxury. The Villa can be accompanied with butlers, Michelin class chefs, and any other services you may wish.

Renovated in 2008, this fully air-conditioned villa is decorated with a mixture of styles, both contemporary and classical. The house has a very serene feel: light breezes blow through from the terraces and the shade of the interiors contrasts with the sparkling views of the sea.

There is an eclectic set of styles with Provencal touches, 2 large bedrooms each with their own bathroom. a professional kitchen, and a comfortable living area with flat-screen satellite television and a nice fire place, creating a warm homely atmosphere in the winter months. This villa offers accommodation of the highest standard, designed with impeccable taste.

Its mild climate throughout the year, the diversity of the landscapes between the Mediterranean and the Estrel, the privacy and tranquility with no mass-tourism or large hotels. The village has a plentiful array of shops, boutiques and gourmet restaurants with a traditional market every Friday.

No less than 300 days of sun per year help to create an extremely agreeable micro-climate. It is said here that winter is a myth. Thoule and its four pleasure ports is an excellent sea side resort, its beaches and its paradisiacal creeks make it one the last remaining original villages along the luxurious Cote dAzur.

What a Beautiful place

Witin moments of arriving, we felt at home. We have fit great experiences into a mere 10 days. Exploring Cannes, Nice, Monaco. Day trip to Aix en Provence, Cassis, Savona (Italy). A beach day at Cannes and a culture day just lingering about in Theoule.
And every evening, a glass of wine on this deck with this amazing view
We have enjoyed every moment and hope to return soon.

Great holiday villa

The villa is located on the hill in Theoule sur Mer, allowing fantastic views of the bay of Cannes, just as described by the owner.It's a little bit difficult to find at first, but both very private and very close to the main road. The villa itself is new, clean and extremely well maintained. Pictures don't do it justice - it is even better. Everything inside and outside is functional and of a very good quality. We especially enjoyed cooking in the well supplied kitchen and having our meals on the outside terrace with the views of the sea in front of us. The property is very suitable for a family with grown children or 2 parties of friends as it offers 2 completely separate bedrooms each with shower and toilet. We were 2 couples of friends with small children and had a great time privacy wise as well. The owner and the caretaker were both very efficient and helpful during the reservation process and our stay. We would definitely think of coming back to Villa les Monges and recommend it to our friends and family. The nearest town is Cannes that offers a great food market - Forville, for those who want to enjoy cooking at the villa and the village of Theoule sur Mer offers plenty of restaurants and a small supermarket. Overall - a great place to stay. Very high quality.

We stayed here for one week and it was great! Very nice view (cannes, sea)and environment. The house is lovely decorated, comfortable beds and airconditioning. The village downhill is small but every thing is available (including the great restaurant Marco Polo.

Perfect spot in middle of Riviera with easy access
everywhere. Modern utilities, comfortable and
spacious for 4 people. Private, yet very close to
beach
and town. We loved the deck with views of the bay
and
Cannes and more often then not had our breakfasts

We just came back from two weeks of France and Italy. While in France we stayed in this fantastic house. We drove up the hill in Theoule-sur-Mer. Between the billionaire palaces there stands a lovely little villa. It is brand new and very tastefully decorated. It has a view of the sea from almost every corner, even from the hot tub on the balcony. The large open kitchen / living room / dinning room and two bed rooms and bath rooms offered us (two couples) plenty of space for living apart together. We enjoyed the beaches of Theoule and shopping & partying in Cannes very much.
