The chalet built in 2002 and updated in 2011 has 756 sq ft. It includes a great room with queen sofa sleeper, comfortable chairs, large flat screen TV, stereo, CD/DVD, wi-fi and ipod connection. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes washer and dryer. The charming loft includes a queen bed, fans, etc. All linens and towels are furnished. The front deck has swing and chairs looking out at the Art District stores. A table, chairs and BBQ are available in the rear. We also have a 2BR chalet with a covered walkway between the chalets. A wonderfully fun, clean, and convenient to downtown place to stay. The 1 Bedroom chalet was perfect for our needs and within walking distance to downtown Prescott. Off street and safe parking was available for our vehicle. Highly recommend Rosa's Pizzeria which is located right around the corner.

Location, location, location!

This was the perfect spot for our family! There were 3 of us that stayed in Prescott for 4 days. From the chalet we could walk everywhere! The square with all its entertainment was a 3 minute walk; Albertson's and Walgreens was less than a 10 minute walk. There are restaurants and shops in all directions in easy walking distance as well. One night (Saturday) there was some pretty loud music coming from a nearby establishment but that was the only complaint. The house is clean and easy to live in. Pearl was great at getting us set up. Its also close to the main roads that take you wherever you want to go. Loved it and will return to this spot for sure!
